PARKERSBURG – The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on April 5-7:

* Logan Michael Grate, 52752 St. Rt. 248, Long Bottom, Ohio, pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of an accident and fined $181.48. A charge of failure to maintain control was dismissed.

* Adam Charles McLeish, 250 Zion Ridge Road, Marietta, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and speeding and fined $457.96.

* Corey Ryan Beverage, 3776 Butcher Bend Road, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to driving too fast for road conditions and fined $186.48.

* Robert Matthew Sams, 413 Eighth St. Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to trespassing and fined $181.48.

* Chad Eugene Roberts, Mud River Rd., West Hamlin, pleaded guilty to having no seatbelt and fined $25.

* Eric James Hess, 273 Ridgeway Ave., Washington, was arraigned on charges of obstruction and battery of a police officer and released on $3,000 bond.

* Jacqueline K. Daugherty, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $3,000 bond.

* Cheyenne Eugene Riddle, 34 Meadowview Circle, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving on a revoked license for DUI (three counts), driving on a suspended license (nine counts), no MVI and having defective equipment and released on $15,000 bond.

* Julian David Hernandez, 30 Ironstrone Ct. Apt F, Annapolis, Md., was arraigned on charges of fleeing, obstruction and shoplifting and held on $5,000 bond.

* Domingo Ortiz Jr., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct, pedestrian in roadway and obstruction and released on $1,000.

* Zachary Dennis Zide, 611 Williams Ave., Williamstown, was arraigned on a charge of DUI and released on $4,000.

* Scott Anthony Daniels, Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $3,000 bond.

* Brandon Cody Burton, 802 Myrtle St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of third offense driving on a suspended license and released on $1,000 bond.

* Gregory Allen Hutson, 1010 Johnson Run Rd., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of petit larceny and released on $2,000 bond.

* Andrew Neil Johnson, 821 28th St., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting and released on $500 bond.

* Melinda S. Sigler, 4858 Cow Creek Rd., St. Marys, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended license, having no insurance and having expired registration and released on $500 bond.

* Joseph L. Lanham, 610 Fourth Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended license, having improper registration, having expired registration and having no insurance and released on $500 bond.

* Ryan K. Vincent, 5 Eighth Ave. Lot 35, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of expired registration, expired MVI, having no insurance and having no operators and released on $2,000 bond.

* Cody L. Pelfrey, 416 8th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended license, having no insurance and having improper registration and released on $500 bond.

* Grace Michelle Cottrill, 45 Green Meadows Dr. Apt. 25, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) and released on $1,000.

* Amber Pauline Murphy, 1252 Gihon Rd., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of trespassing and two counts of shoplifting and released on $1,500 bond.

* Isaac Andrew Conner, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of fleeing, obstruction, violation of a domestic violence protective order and fraudulently obtaining food and held on $5,000 bond.

* Robert William Vickers, Robson, W.Va., was arraigned on charges of conspiracy to commit a felony, conspiracy and grand larceny and held on $60,000 bond.

* Jennifer Emily Edwards, 1307 23rd St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of grand larceny and destruction of property and held on $100,000 bond.

* Richard Lee Treadway, 1307 23rd St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of grand larceny, destruction of property and two counts of breaking and entering and held on $200,000.

* Wayne Robert Metz 1215¢ Lakeview Dr., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of fraudulent schemes and held on $50,000 bond.

PARKERSBURG – The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on April 8:

* Crystal Ann Ferguson, 3329 Little Kanawha Pkwy, Elizabeth, pleaded no contest to driving too fast for roadway conditions and fined $186.48.

* Alicia Ann Whisman, 3608 Camden Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to second-offense driving on a suspended license and fined $276.48.

* Tamika Cherie Anderson, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to second-offense shoplifting, less than $500, fined $339.44 and sentenced to six months in jail which was suspended and she was placed on one year of unsupervised probation.

* Jason Alexander Turner, Portland Oregon, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $286.48. Charges of driving on a revoked license for DUI, having no insurance, having expired registration and operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate were dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Tamika Cherie Anderson, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription, fined $176.48 and sentenced to six months in jail and placed on one year of unsupervised probation with a credit of 11 days for time served. She had a charge of third-offense shoplifting dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Damion Johnale Jackson, 1468 Wayland Dr., Columbus, Ohio, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $286.48. He had a charge of possession of a controlled substance dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Andrea Dale-Lee Kidwell, 3808 12th Ave., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of driving on a suspended license and released on $500 bond.

* Kyle Ywain Life, 101 Kenwood St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of having expired registration and having no insurance and released on $1,000 bond.

* Joshua Paul Anderson, 1943 Red Hill Rd., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) and having no registration and released on $1,000 bond.

* Jennie Marie Burdette, 4400 Grand Central Ave. Apt.1, Vienna, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended license, leaving the scene of an accident and second-offense aggravated DUI, obstruction and released on $5,000 bond.

* David Eric West II, 500 13th St. Apt. 33, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance (fentanyl), possession of a controlled substance (meth), being a prohibited person in possession of a firearm, being a prohibited person in possession of a concealed firearm, driving on a suspended license, having no insurance (two counts) and second-offense driving on a suspended license and held on $305,000 bond.

PARKERSBURG – The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on April 9:

* Brittany Noel Gibson, 66 Central Ave., Elizabeth, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $276.48.

* Benjamin Kendall Gum, 1507 20th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to electronically distracted driving and fined $100.

* Emelee Manhattan Derning, 1307 East Poplar St. Apt. 4, Davisville, pleaded no contest to operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and fined $181.48. A charge of operating a vehicle without evidence of registration was dismissed after proof was presented to the court.

* Kimberly Ann Vuksic, 5009 11th Ave., Vienna, pleaded guilty to speeding. No fine was listed.

* Phillip Matthew Jarvis, 291 Meadville Road, Davisville, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $181.48.

* Keith Jerome Schwendeman, 53 S. May Ave., Athens, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $181.48.

* Brett Edward Reed, 3863 Sissonville Dr., Charleston, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $186.48. A charge of having no insurance was dismissed after proof was provided to the court.

* Brandon Monroe Brown, 905 14th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $201.48. He was ordered to pay a $359.98 civil penalty to the Rural King store in Parkersburg.

* Brandy Michelle Cozad, 816 Lily Lane, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to trespassing in a condemned structure and fined $201.48.

* Darren Daniel McGuire, 2312 15th Ave., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of violating a protective order and released on $2,000 bond.

* Levi William Barker, 3506 3506 Camden Ave. Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving on a revoked license, having no insurance and petit larceny and released on $3,000 bond.

* Timothy Edward McComb, 2510 Parkview Dr., Belpre, was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct and obstruction and held on $2,000 bond.

* Dana Russell Broyles, 1600¢ Broadway Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of cultivation of marijuana and released on $15,000 bond.

* Zachary Todd Lindemood, 355 Holiday Ave., Woodsfield, Ohio, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended license, accident involving damage to a vehicle and fleeing and released on $1,000 bond.

* Carl Douglas Hill Jr., 4108 Ninth Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of brandishing and released on $1,000 bond.

* Tiffany Nicole Snyder, 1129 Little Kanawha River Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of second-offense shoplifting and released on $2,000.
