Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on May 2:

* Skyler Benjamin Boerger, 424 Fallsburg Road, Louisa, Ky.,pleaded guilty to having defective equipment and fined $181.48. A charge of having no insurance was dismissed after proof was presented to the court.

* Haley M. Bonson, 405 9th St. Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $186.48. She was ordered to pay a $984.34 civil penalty to the Walmart store in Parkersburg.

* James Rodney Bostic II, 1015 18th St. A1, Vienna, pleaded guilty to second-offense shoplifting and fined $276.48. She was ordered to pay a $203.42 civil penalty to Walmart as part of a plea agreement.

* Thomas Dewayne Canterbury, 1958 Pee Wee Hill Road, Sandyville, pleaded guilty to speeding and driving on a suspended license and fined $362.96.

* Thomas F. Bowie, 39150 Success Road, Reedsville, Ohio, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $196.48.

* Isabella Ann Rexroad, 1222 20th St. Apt. 3, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and having expired registration and fined $457.96.

* Michael David Enoch, 609 33rd St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to second-offense driving on a suspended license and fined $276.48. A charge of defective equipment was dismissed after a windshield was repaired.

* Ashton Michael Marshall, 1107 29th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to fleeing in a vehicle, fined $676.48 and sentenced to one year in jail which was suspended and he was placed on unsupervised probation for two years.

* Ashley R. Thomas, 724 Farson St., Belpre, had a charge of computer fraud (two counts) dismissed without prejudice as there was no victim.

* Derek Robert Chrisman, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to battery, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 30 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation with a credit of eight days for time served. Charges of simple assault and destruction of property were dismissed, per a plea agreement. A charge of burglary was dismissed without prejudice as there was no victim.

* Dakota Scott Clayton, 510 Terry Ave., Oak Hill, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of escape/attempted escape. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Dylan Russell Gould, 262 Doolin Dr., Williamstown, had charges of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription (four counts) dismissed as the defendant is deceased.

* Broc Wade Higgins, c/o 905 Thomas St., Parkersburg, had a charge of DUI dismissed as he completed a deferral program.

* Trey Austin Vierling, 51 Whiteberry Hollow, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to driving impaired, with a BAC of less than.15 and battery of officials or health care workers (three counts), fined $770.92 and sentenced to one day in jail which was ruled as time served as well as one year in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. He had charges dismissed of driving a vehicle in an impaired state, with a BAC of less than .15, obstruction (two counts), possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription and reckless driving.

* Ashton Michael Marshall, 1107 29th St., Parkersburg, had a charge of fleeing in a vehicle with reckless indifference dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Aaron Luke Cross, 52 Dempsie Ave., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on charges of manufacture or possess a controlled substance with intent to deliver a Schedule I or II narcotic or meth, use of a firearm during the commission of a felony and wanton endangerment (three counts). The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Justin Lee Moore, 1337 St. Marys Ave., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of fraudulent use of an access device with intent to defraud (three counts).

* Isiah Nathaniel Fluellen, 1295 East 19th Ave., Columbus, Ohio, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver fentanyl and held on $50,000 bond.

* James Edward Wallbrown Jr., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of trespassing and assault and held on $500 bond.

* Christopher David Hopkins, 1334 Spring St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of a controlled substance and released on $1,000 bond.

* Angela D. Quintero, 2906 29th St. Apt. 9, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of having no MVI and released on $500 bond.

* Joseph Dewayne Lemon, 608 Shrewsburg Place, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of harassment in violation of a protective order for injunctive relief and held on $5,000 bond.

* Ciera Dawn Jarvis, 302 Pullman Dr., Pennsboro, was arraigned on a charge of fraudulent schemes and released on $2,500 bond.

* Kristian Nicole Delancey, 3507 Millbrook Dr., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of having expired MVI, having no proof of insurance (three counts), shoplifting, possession of a controlled substance and driving on a suspended license and released on $3,500 bond.

* Stacy Jean Curry, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended license and having no insurance and released on $1,000 bond.
