PARKERSBURG – Despite the on-and-off rain during Memorial Day, communities across the mid-Ohio valley gathered to recognize the day and what it means for so many individuals and their families. There were events in Lowell, Beverly-Waterford, Marietta, Belpre, Parkersburg, and more!
