CHARLESTON — Active COVID-19 cases across West Virginia remained under 800 on Wednesday, according to the Department of Health and Human Resources. The state in the Wednesday morning pandemic report said there were 795 active cases of the virus with 296 new cases of the virus received in the 24-hour period between Tuesday and Wednesday mornings.
