COLUMBUS — Warren senior Sydney Starcher cleared 5 feet, 6 inches in the high jump to earn state runner-up honors Friday at Jesse Owens Memorial Stadium. Starcher finished behind only Morgan Johnson of Woodward, who won the state title at 5-7.
