CLARKSBURG — Parkersburg Post 15 was victorious over Clarksburg Post 13 by a score of 6-1 on Tuesday. Eli Davis pitched five innings for Parkersburg, working around seven walks to earn the win. COLUMBUS, Ohio — Over the weekend, three local track athletes from three different schools found themselves on the podium at the OHSAA state track championships at Jesse Owens Memorial Stadium. Marietta junior Ian Putnam competed in the 3200 on Saturday, crossing in 9 minutes, 2.33 seconds to place third and make All-Ohio. Putnam’s time broke his own school record.
