* Danielle Ann Tanner, 37, 1030 1/2 Ann St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to charges of truancy, destruction of property and petit larceny, was sentenced to 10 days served in jail for the destruction of property charge and the petit larceny charge and was assessed $798.31 in fines, restitution and court fees.
* Stephen Lewis Meanor, 47, 203 Farview Drive, St. Marys, pleaded no contest to a speeding citation, 74 mph in a 55 mph zone, and was assessed $1756.25 in fines and court fees.
* Chase Grant Demoss, 28, 26 West View Way, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of improper registration, driving on a suspended or revoked license for DUI and no insurance and was released on a $1,500 bond.
* Fred Benjamin Lamp, 32, 2307 17th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to citations for failure to maintain control, no proof of insurance and driving on a suspended or revoked license for miscellaneous reasons and was assessed $785.75 in fines and court fees.
* Brandon Michael Harshbarger, 25, 1205 Popular St., Belpre, was arraigned on a citation for possession of a controlled substance, heroin, and was released on a $2,000 bond.
* Robert Eugene Mahan, 58, 2502 Oak St., Apt. 5, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of trespassing, battery and disorderly conduct and was released on a $1,200 surety bond with 10 percent cash and personal recognizance.
* Jeremy Wayne Alger, 25, 1302 Ramsey St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a destruction of property charge, was sentenced to six months in jail suspended for two years unsupervised probation and was assessed $160.25 in court fees, with restitution to be decided within 30 days.
* Kayla Dawn Parham, 22, 22 Powell Drive, Unit 72, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to an obstructing an officer charge, was sentenced to 15 days in jail and was assessed $160.25 in court fees.
* James Allen Devore, 31, 31 Dulcie Ave., Mineral Wells, was arraigned on charges of no proof of insurance and expired motor vehicle inspection and was released on a $400 bond.
* Quinn Tennant, 23, 5656 DuPont Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of an unauthorized access device, was sentenced to 60 days in jail with credit for six days served and was assessed $626.43 in fines and court fees.

* James Carl Dulaney III, 19, 2503 Beverly St., Apt. 10H, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of petit larceny, possession of beer under 21 years of age and no motor vehicle inspection and was released on $700 bond.
* Sherrie Louise Hardman, 46, 609 Leafy Green Court, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of worthless check and domestic battery and was released on $600 bond.
* Donald John Murphy, 43, 1910 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving under suspension, no proof of insurance and improper registration and was released on $700 bond.

PARKERSBURG – The following cases appeared in Wood County Magistrate Court on Dec. 5:
* Calvin Lane Gibson, 53, 815 Grafton St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to no insurance and was assessed $360.25 in fines and court costs.
* Andrew James Strock, 34, 705 46th St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to two counts of obstructing and one count of destruction of property. He was sentenced to six months home confinement on each count, to be served concurrently, and was assessed $160.25 in court costs on each count.
* Terri Diane Keiser, 27, 276 Washington Drive, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to no seat belt and was fined $25.
* Randall W. Smith, 31, 2523 Lenore St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to no seat belt and was fined $25.
* Cynthia Lynn Elkins, 30, 1325 Lynn St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two felony counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and her bond was set at $50,000.
* Malachi Abraham Hornbeck, 25, 3512 12th Ave., Vienna, was arraigned on a driving under suspension charge and was released on $1,500 bond.
* Leisa Marie Townsend, 31, 312 Red Hill Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of less than 15 grams of a controlled substance and was released on $1,000 bond.
* Michael Lee Smarr, 35, 196 Marie Lane, Washington, W.Va., pleaded no contest to no seat belt and was fined $25.
* Jacqueline Lynn Campbell, 37, 48 Williams Road, Big Springs, W.Va., pleaded no contest to no operator’s license and was assessed $180.25 in fines and court costs.
* Kyle Levi Lee, 22, 721 North Seventh St., Marietta, pleaded guilty to expired registration and was assessed $180.25 in fines and court costs.
* Andrew Dylan Gainer, 22, 228 Lincoln Drive, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to expired motor vehicle inspection and was assessed $165.25 in fines and court costs.

* Akietta Nichole Parker, 23, 622 Kenner St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of assault of a police officer, obstructing and refusing to render information and was released on $1,200 bond.
* Randall Paul West, 29, 911 Staunton Turnpike, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of less than 15 grams of a controlled substance and was released on $1,000 bond.
* Timothy Marshall Carper, 47, 1144 Emerald Road, Charleston, was arraigned on a DUI charge and was released on $1,500 bond.
* Diana Lynn Corbin, 34, 1012 George St. Front, Parkersburg, was arraigned on two felony counts of third-offense shoplifting and bond was set at $2,000.
* Lance Jason Unger, 29, 586 Householder Road, Hedgesville, W.Va., was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and bond was set at $3,000.
* Teresa Michelle Moore, 35, 4435 14th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a petit larceny charge and was released on $2,500 bond.
* Bradley Hall Anderson, 24, 1349 Avery St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstructing and reckless driving and was released on $1,500 bond.
* Christopher Paul Smith, 27, 2805 Dudley Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of petit larceny, driving under suspension, shoplifting and removing shoplifting device and was released on $1,350 bond.
* Bradley W. Greene, 31, 4300 10th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a felony charge of second-offense carrying a deadly weapon without a permit and bond was set at $15,000.
