PARKERSBURG – The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on April 15:

* Christina Joy Martin, 30 Iron stone Ct. Apt. F, Annapolis, Md., pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $201.48. She was ordered to pay a $139.66 civil penalty to the Walmart store in Vienna.

* Nathan S. Miller, 612 Ninth St., Marietta, pleaded guilty to going left of center and fined $186.48.

* Sonya Denise Coe, 557 Sixth St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $201.48.

* Samantha D. Craddock, 1110 Third St., Belpre, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $191.48.

* Wayne H. Cremeans, 14775 Coolville Ridge Rd., Athens, pleaded no contest to electronically distracted driving and fined $100. A charge of having no proof of insurance was dismissed.

* Isaac Andrew Conner, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to violation of a domestic violence order and fraudulently obtaining food and lodging, fined $426.48 and sentenced to 30 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation with nine days credit for time served. He had charges of fleeing and obstruction with threats of harm dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Ricky Lee Cline, 2926 Meadville Road, Davisville, pleaded guilty to second-offense shoplifting and petit larceny, fined $352.96 and placed on six months of home confinement. He had charges of grand larceny and third-offense shoplifting dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Richard Lee Treadway, 1307 23rd St. Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of breaking an entering (two counts), destruction of property and grand larceny. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Sara Renae Givens, 1323 Broadway Ave., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing on a charge of attempting to bring contraband into a corrections facility. The case was bound over to Wood County Circuit Court.

* James Earl Flanagan Jr., 7326 Stauntonn Turnpike, Davisville, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription and fined $202.48.

* Timothy Edward McComb, 2510 Parkview Dr., Belpre, pleaded guilty to obstruction with threats of harm, fined $176.48 and sentenced to six days in jail which was ruled as time served. A charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Christopher James Elza, 1915 Lake Washington Road, Washington, pleaded no contest to obstruction with threats of harm and fined $686.48. Charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct were dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Kristy Marie Foutty, 1208 25th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $276.48. A charge of having no insurance was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Emily M. Farnsworth, 189 Greenland Dr., Washington, had a charge of operating on a vehicle without an inspection certificate dismissed, per a plea agreement. She had a charge of expired registration dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Shelley Beth Akita, 2307 10th Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance (meth), fined $176.48 and sentenced to 90 days in jail which was suspended and she was placed on six months of unsupervised probation.

* Heather Dawn Corbin, 266 Mitchells Lane, Washington, pleaded guilty to second-offense having no insurance and fined $376.48. She had a charge of expired registration dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Mitchell Shane Goodwin, 1030 George St., Parkersburg, waived a preliminary hearing on a charge of third-offense shoplifting. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Courtney Lea Paschen, 811 Island View Dr. #4, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of failure to report an accident and leaving the scene of an accident with property damage and released on $500 bond.

* Tiffany Ranae Carson, 32 Tetrick St., Cairo, was arraigned on a charge of driving on a suspended license and released on $1,000 bond.

* Zachary J. Delizzio, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of being a fugitive from justice from Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, on a probation violation and held with bond to be set in Wood County Circuit Court. He was also arraigned on charges of domestic assault, obstruction and disorderly conduct and held on $1,100 bond.

* Richard James Ray, 1337 Lynn St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of brandishing and assault and held on $1,250 bond.

* Kerrie Leigh Headley, 3308 Third Ave., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of second-offense shoplifting and released on $1,000 bond.

* Samuel Cole Stewart, 661 East Maple St., Davisville, was arraigned on charges of child neglect creating a risk of injury or death (three counts) and held on $75,000 bond.

* Sierra Dawn Leasure, 401 13th St. Apt. C, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of child neglect creating a risk of serious injury or death (three counts) and released on $25,000 bond.

* Jamie L. Hanshaw, 1609 Stauton Turnpike, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order and released on $500 bond.

* Scott Anthony Anderson, Davisville was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and held on $2,500 bond.

* Christopher Lee Adkins, PO Box 308 Lorado, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended license, having defective equipment, improper registration and having no insurance and released on $1,000 bond.

* Keryn Ann Miller, 1177 County Rd. 9, Marietta, was arraigned on two counts of third-offense shoplifting and released on $5,000 bond.

PARKERSBURG – The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on April 16:

* Mitchell Allan Edwards, 851 Eli Locus Rd., Washington, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting and released on $500 bond.

* Anthony Lee Scritchfield, 251 Belleville Dr., Belleville, was arraigned on a mandatory proof of disposal violation and released on $500 bond.

* Justin Gregory Williams, 407 Locust Court, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of destruction of property and held on $2,500 bond.

* Jonathon Dillon Cayton, 1318 Oak St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on five counts of child neglect creating risk of injury and held on $10,000 bond.

* Brandi Sue Griswold, 15¢ Highland Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on five counts of child neglect creating risk of injury and held on $10,000 bond.

* Kelly J. Mahurin, 510 A Barclay St., Belpre, was arraigned on a charge of driving on a suspended license and released on $250 bond.

* Ralfe Lindel Upshaw, 7299 Fall Creek Lane, Columbus, Ohio, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver (meth) and held on $300,000 bond.

* Lauren Michele Patterson, 2603 26th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of having no insurance and failure to yield and released on $500 bond.

* Robert Eugene Barker, 1050 Laird Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to harassment, fined $176.48 and sentenced to six months in jail which was suspended and he was placed on two years of unsupervised probation. He had two counts of intimidation-harassment dismissed.

* Zachary Ray Garrison, 1119 Lynn St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of breaking and entering. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Donald Monroe Anderson Jr., 2599 Meadowview Dr., Parkersburg, had a charge of battery dismissed without prejudice.

* Chase Christian Cleland, 701 Summers St., Parkersburg, had charges of operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate, operating a vehicle without the proper insurance and no registration were dismissed after proof was presented to the court.

* Robert William Vickers, no address given, had a charge of attempted felony dismissed without prejudice after the alleged victim failed to appear.

* Jennifer Emily Edwards, 1307 23rd St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on charges of grand larceny and destruction of property. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Jonathan Bradley Conway, 212 Wooster St., Marietta, had charges of driving on a suspended license and having no insurance dismissed.

* Stacy Dawn Eddleblute, 3106 Fourth Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to escape or attempted escape, fined $176.48 and sentenced to one year in jail. A preliminary hearing on a charge of third-offense shoplifting was waived and the case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court. Another charge of escape or attempted escape was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* David Bryan Shuman, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to two counts of shoplifting and fined $186.48. He was ordered to pay $142.94 and $599.98 civil penalties to the Boot Barn at the Grand Central Mall. He had another charge of shoplifting dismissed.

* Rochel Renee Young, 8583 Harris Hwy, Belleville, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $181.48.

* Christopher Cole Wilmes, 206 Mineral Manor Way, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding, driving on a suspended license and fined $492.96.

* Catherine Elizabeth Sharpe, 912 Falcon Lane, Coppell, Texas, pleaded no contest to a charge of speeding and fined $226.48.

* Anna Marie Thompson, 4011 11th Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to a traffic control device violation and fined $181.48.

PARKERSBURG – The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on April 17:

* David Eric West II, 500 13th St. Apt. 33, Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on two counts of manufacture or possess a controlled substance with intent to deliver a Schedule I or II narcotic or meth and two counts of being a prohibited person in possession of a firearm with a felony controlled substance conviction. He pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license for DUI, fined $276.48 and placed on six months of home confinement. Charges of having no insurance (two counts) and driving on a suspended license were dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Falecia Dawn Paulk, 4104 16th Ave., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived and was arraigned on a charge of burglary. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Bobby James Asbury, 613 Leafy Glen Court, Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on charges of counterfeiting and forgery/uttering. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Michael Ray Atkinson, Coolville, had a charge of domestic assault dismissed.

* Andrea L. Sees, 2602 Core Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of petit larceny and released on $1,000 bond.

* Joseph Anthony McCormick, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of domestic battery and destruction of property and held on $1,000 bond.

* Kaleb Ryan Scott, no address given, was arraigned on a charge of being a fugitive from justice out of Washington County, Ohio, on a charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle. A bond hearing will be set in Wood County Circuit Court.

* Christopher Maurice Davis, 825 Allyn St., Akron, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver a controlled substance (fentanyl) and held on $20,000 bond.

* Terry Lee Chamblin, Parkersburg Correctional Center, was arraigned on a charge of being a fugitive from justice out of Clarke County, Virginia, on charges of failure to appear and distributing a Schedule I and II controlled substance. A bond hearing will be set in Wood County Circuit Court.

* Ashton A Hutson, 1420 Spring St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to having no insurance and fined $376.48. A charge of having defective equipment was dismissed.

* James Howard Wilson, 3783 Arnoldsburg Road, Spencer, pleaded guilty to speeding in a school zone and fined $276.48.

* Patrick Steven Johnson, 823 Stillwell Rd., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $276.48.

PARKERSBURG – The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on April 18:

* Lisa Lewis Spradlin, 2505 New York Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of having dogs at large and released on $1,000 bond.

* Steven E. Chapman, 32 Heaters Fork Rd., Burnsville, was arraigned on charges of expired registration, having no proof of insurance and having no MVI and released on $1,500 bond.

* Cody Alan Eversole, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $500 bond.

* David Lee Rowe, 142 Township Rd. 302, Ironton, Ohio, was arraigned on a charge of obstruction and released on $1,500 bond.

* Nevin Anthony Clark, 1900 15th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and released on $1,000 bond.

* Ashley Lousie Haynes, 1409 St. Marys Ave., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on charges of drug delivery resulting in death and third-offense shoplifting (two counts). The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Matthew David Sandy, 1119 Lynn St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to second-offense shoplifting, fined $194.38 and sentenced to six months in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. He cannot return to any Sheetz stores. A charge of third-offense shoplifting was dismissed.

* Jessica Dawn Knight-Henthorn, 2307 Pennsylvania Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to having expired registration and fined $186.48. A charge of failure to maintain motor vehicle insurance was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Sarah Ashley Wilson, 1017 18th St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of third-offense shoplifting. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Zachary Joseph Delizzio, Parkersburg, had a charge of domestic assault dismissed without prejudice as the alleged victim does not wish to pursue. He pleaded guilty to obstruction and fined $176.48 and sentenced to five days in jail which was ruled as time served. A charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Christopher Maurice Davis, 991 Hammel St., Akron, pleaded guilty to maintaining a vehicle for keeping controlled substances, fined $176.48 and sentenced to six months in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. A charge of conspiracy to manufacture, deliver or possess with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance was dismissed.

* Richard James Ray, 1337 Lynn St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to simple assault, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 10 days in jail. A charge of brandishing deadly weapons was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Matthew Mark Sampson, 1588 Southern Hwy., Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to driving too fast for roadway conditions and fined $196.48. A charge of reckless driving was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Robert Steven Gregory, 25 Jones St., Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to speeding in a school zone and fined $226.48.

* Stephen Dallas Wisearver, 205 Chestwood Dr., Hubert, N.C., pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $186.48.

* Britnie Ellen Sharp, 145 Chateau Hills, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $276.48.

* Larry William Deem, 1792 Lake Washington Rd., Washington, pleaded guilty to having a controlled substance on an access site and fined $196.48. A charge of blocking a boat ramp was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Cassidy Autumn Rae Hogue, PO Box 1102, Beverly, pleaded guilty to having no proof of insurance and fined $376.48. A charge of having improper registration was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Gavin Charles Naylor, 32 South Park Villa, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to having no proof of insurance and fined $376.48. A charge of operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate was dismissed.

* Krista L. McCarthy, 1792 Lake Washington Road, Washington, pleaded guilty to having a controlled substance on an access site and fined $196.48. A charge of having alcohol on an access site was dismissed.

* Dennis Claude Lessard, PO Box 334, Ripley, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $196.48.
