Tina Rager of 5538 Deerwalk Highway has been decorating her home for four years with numerous Halloween exhibits including more than 2,000 pumpkins, thousands of lights, more than 20 animated characters and a four-piece skeleton band. “I love decorating to see kids excited when they visit the whimsical place that I turn my yard into,” she said. The decorating task took more than three weeks, she said.
