Janet MacIver, 66, of Parkersburg, West Virginia, and formerly of Canton, Ohio, passed away peacefully at her home on March 27. She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Geneva; her brother, Mike; her sisters, Joyce and Terry; and her brother-in-law, Rick. Janet is lovingly remembered by her siblings, Chris, Lisa (Dan), John (Lori), and Pat as well as her sister-in-law, Dee. Nancy (nee Farson) Swartz Womeldorff passed away peacefully on April 20, 2026, at The Wyngate in Parkersburg, W.Va., at the age of 97. She was born on September 7, 1928, in Parkersburg to Dorotha “Meme” McGrew Farson and Bernard Mitchell Farson. She graduated from Parkersburg High School and Mountain State Business College, and began working for George Powell, CPA. In 1964, she joined the staff of the United Fund, later the United Way, and retired several times (!), finally in 2004. Mary “Sue” Conger, 81, of Cincinnati, formerly of Parkersburg, WV, passed away peacefully April 16, 2026. She was born April 24,1944, to the late Bennett and Mary Elizabeth Stump in Jacksonville, Florida. Sue retired as a medical billing specialist at MFC and she was a member of St. Margaret Mary Church, Parkersburg, WV and St. Ignatius of Loyola Catholic Church in Cincinnati, OH. In addition to loving her grandchildren and great grandchildren, Sue was an incredible seamstress who made her own wedding gown, several dresses for her daughters, took on mending and hemming projects, home ...
