Stanton O. ‘Stan’ Null

Stanton O. “Stan” Null, 89, of Parkersburg, WV died Tuesday July 7, 2026, at Wyngate Senior Living Community. He was born in Ritchie County, a son of the late Okey and Dorothy (Stanley) Null.

Stan was a supervisor at E.I. DuPont for 35 years before retiring in 1993. He was a faithful member of First Lutheran Church, where he enjoyed his time there as a Greeter and Usher. He was also a member of American Legion Post 15, where he served on the Color Guard for many years, and was an avid Mountaineer fan.

He is survived by his daughter Cheryl Bock (Doug) of Lexington, SC, son Brent Null of Parkersburg, and granddaughter Maddison Bock.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Ann (Woodruff) Null, and two brothers Stanley Darwin and Royce Stanford Null.

Services will be Monday 11:00 AM at First Lutheran Church with Pastor Ian Reid officiating. Burial will be at Mt. Olivet Cemetery with military honors by American Legion Post 15 and the West Virginia Honor Guard. Visitation will be Sunday 2-4 PM at Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg and Monday one hour prior to the service at the church.
