PARKERSBURG – A candidate for the House of Delegates is set for a hearing on a charge of domestic battery involving his father later this month. Justin Matthew Beanard, 137 Onward Road, Williamstown, is running for the House of Delegates seat for District 10. He was arraigned in Wood County Magistrate Court in February.
