PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on May 6:

* Brittany Rence Dipaola, 10 Edgewood Drive, Vienna, had a charge of having no registration dismissed after presenting proof to the court.

* Joseph Trey Nicholson, 3507 Plum St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of destruction of property loss of $2,500 or more. A charge of malicious assault was dismissed.

* Johnny Lee Bell, 1607 19th St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on four counts of manufacture or possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver a Schedule I or II narcotic or meth and a charge of manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Juanita Nicole Fletcher, 194 Red Peak Circle, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to second-offense shoplifting and fined $276.48. She was ordered to play a $245.12 civil penalty to Walmart.

* Doy Allen Coe, 1918 Division St. Ext., Parkersburg, had charges of obstruction with threats of harm and trespassing dismissed.

* Andrew James Strock, 30 Lynnwood Drive, Vienna, pleaded guilty to violation of a protection order, fined $426.48 and sentenced to 120 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. He had a charge of trespassing dismissed.

* Mackenzie Lynn Joy, 813 Fayette St., Princeton, pleaded guilty to petit larceny, fined $176.48 and sentenced to one year in jail which was suspended and placed on one year of unsupervised probation. She had a charge of grand larceny dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Richard Gene Ballengee, Parkersburg, was found guilty of domestic battery, fined $186.48 and sentenced to 30 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on six months of unsupervised probation with a credit of one day for time served.

* Ashley Lynne McCune, 715 Lily Lane, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to reckless driving and fined $201.48. A charge of failure to yield to an emergency vehicle was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Kody James Fiest, 898 Cedar Grove Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 90 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on five months of unsupervised probation.

* Melissa Diane Cunningham-Barton, 804 Hocking Road, Belpre, pleaded guilty to driving too fast for roadway conditions and fined $276.48. She had charges of going left of center and having no insurance dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Daniel Robert Woods-Blackwell, 1005 Lynn St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to fleeing from law enforcement, fined $176.48 and sentenced to one day in jail which was ruled as time served. A charge of obstruction with threats of harm was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Randy Jay Ballengee, 424 Farrow Hill Road, Davisville, had a charge of violating an order granting temporary financial exploitation protective order dismissed without prejudice

* Jeremy Randall Adkins, Vienna, had a charge of domestic battery dismissed without prejudice after the alleged victim did not appear in court and has indicated they do not want to pursue charges.

* Clayton James Hale, 3207 Dudley Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to simple assault, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 10 days in jail which was suspended and placed on six months of unsupervised probation

* Ronald Clifford Hopkins Jr., Parkersburg, had a charge of domestic battery dismissed without prejudice after the alleged victim did not appear in court and was unsure if they wanted to proceed.

* Megan Nicole Trefz, Williamstown, had a charge of domestic battery dismissed without prejudice after the alleged victim did not appear in court and was unsure if they wanted to proceed.

* Marshall Ray Cantwell, 3368 Progress Ridge Road, Walker, pleaded guilty to obstruction with threats of harm and fined $452.96. He had charges of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription, obstruction with threats of harm and being a prohibited person in possession of a firearm dismissed, per a plea agreement. He had a charge of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription dismissed after a successful deferred sentence agreement.

* Jeffrey Allen Harbison, 825 Seventh St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of petit larceny and held on $2,500 surety bond.

* Jerry Wayne Seabolt, P.O. Box 4685, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of third-offense driving on a revoked license for DUI (Drugs) and released on $2,000 surety bond.

* Ronald Bruce Sheridan, 703 1/2 Locust St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession with intent to deliver (meth) and held on $75,000 surety bond.

* Anthony Lee Scritchfield, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of third-offense domestic assault and held on $10,000 surety bond.

* Paula Jean Walker, 919 Moyer Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of forgery of a public record and obstruction and held on $5,600 cash bond.

* Jesse Wayne Shingleton,383 Paddock Green Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of leaving an unattended fire and released on bond.

* Richard Gene Ballengee, 826 Dickel Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of trespassing and released on a $150 personal recognizance bond.

* Alex Thomas Klintworth, 802 Blennerhassett Ave., Belpre, was arraigned on charges of leaving the scene of an accident and failure to maintain control and released on $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Mae Segovia Sheppard, 32 Parkwood Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of speeding in a construction zone (56 mph in a 45 mph zone) and having expired registration and released on $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Rylee Denay Cruz, 2511 Liberty St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, having an open container and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Tyler James Francis, 1026 Ball School Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violating a domestic violence protective order and released on $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Larry Robert Koehler, 703 1/2 Locust St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of maintaining a residence for the use of a controlled substance and released on a $3,000 surety bond.

* Burl Dwight O’Neal Wagoner, 266 Burnthouse Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of speeding and third-offense driving on a suspended license and released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Chrisin Nick Cole Kirby, 2314 Clement Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to having no operator’s license and fined $186.48.

* Timothy G Hutson,701 31st St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and fined $181.48.

* Douglas T Corbin, 801 East Oak St., Davisville, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $276.48.

* Jacob Wayne Capanic, 113 Hickory St., Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to speeding and fined $181.48.
