BELPRE — The Belpre Police Department released the following reports:

June 3

* Melissa J. Jacobsen, 48, of Marietta, was arrested on fail to appear warrants out of Belpre Mayor’s Court on the charges of driving under suspension and expired registration and cited for driving under suspension.

June 4

* Anthony R. Capobianco, 39, of Groveport, Ohio, was cited for speed.

* Isaiah D. Thomas, 23, of Little Hocking, was cited for driving under suspension.

June 5

* Joseph L. Kellison, 36, of Belpre, was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail on charges of domestic violence and unlawful restraint.

June 9

* Justin M. Davis, 41, of Parkersburg, was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail on the charge of burglary.

* Diamond D. Call, 20, of Pomeroy, was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail on charges of two counts of domestic violence, providing alcohol to a minor and underage consumption.

* Eric F. Freed, 50, of Belpre, was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail on the charge of criminal trespass.

June 10

* Annamae A. Keefer, 18, of Mason, W.Va., was cited for assured clear distance ahead.

June 11

* Robert D. Bauer, 60, of Belpre, was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail on the charge of obstructing official business.

June 13

* Hayden A. Martin, 21, of Belpre, was cited for speed.
