Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Oct. 9:

* Thomas Gale Little Jr., 1407 Station Drive, St. Marys, waived a preliminary hearing on a charge of third-offense shoplifting. The case was bound over to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Jermaine Lawrence Westbrook Sr., 261 Churchville Ave., Staunton, Va., pleaded guilty to first-offense driving under the influence, was sentenced to jail for time served and was assessed $351.48. A charge of driving too fast for roadway conditions was dismissed as part of a plea agreement.

* Kenneth Ray Sasser Jr., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to fleeing from a law enforcement officer by means other than a vehicle, was sentenced to nine days in jail with credit for nine days served and was assessed $176.48. Two counts of domestic battery and one count each of domestic assault and violation of a domestic violence protective order were dismissed as part of a plea agreement.

* Christopher Allen Streight, 221 South Sixth St., Marietta, pleaded guilty to second-offense shoplifting, less than $500, was assessed $176.48 and was ordered to pay a civil penalty of $50 to Walmart in Vienna. A charge of third-offense shoplifting was dismissed as part of a plea agreement.

* Tyler John Huffman Taulbee, 311 Elm St., Belpre, was arraigned on a charge of strangulation. Bond was set at $30,000 surety.

* Maranda Dawn McElroy, 1619 Pike St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of first-offense shoplifting and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Tristan Robert Francis, 825 Seventh St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of petit larceny and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Daniel Dwayne Flanigan, 161 Opal Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of destruction of property and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Hayley D. Acree, 2612 10th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine and fentanyl, and released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Adam T. Leek, 625 Fifth St., New Martinsville, was arraigned on two counts of possession of a controlled substance, meth and fentanyl, and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Robbie Lee Cottrill Jr., Waverly, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on a $500 surety bond.

* Nichole Dawn Rummer, 706A Gladstone St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a charge of following authorized emergency vehicles, and was assessed $186.48.

* Addison Jo Blaschke, 3106 Avery St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding and was assessed $186.48.

* Kelle Michael Cosner, 10 Mustang Acres, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding, 80 mph in a 65 mph, and was assessed $181.48.

* A charge of operation without certificate of inspection or failure to produce certificate was dismissed against Ricki L. Riggs, 1014 19th St., Parkersburg.
