Frederick “Fred” Eugene Morgan Sr., 85, of Washington, W.Va., passed away Monday, Dec. 1, 2025. Celebration of Life, 4:30 p.m. Friday, at Fairlawn Baptist Church, Parkersburg with Dr. Kyle Neal officiating. Visitation, 1:30-4:30 p.m. at the church. Military rites will be observed.
