BELPRE — The Belpre Police Department released the following reports Dec. 2:

Nov. 19

* Conner B. Boley, 20, of Vincent, was cited for speed.

* Melissa D. Richards, 49, of Belpre, was arrested and served a fail to appear warrant out of Belpre Mayor’s Court on the charge of no operator license and was also cited for driving under suspension and expired registration.

* Kristy L. Graham, 44, of Creola, Ohio, was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail on a charge of criminal trespass.

Nov. 20

* Lexus M. Adkins, 28, of Marietta, was cited for no operator license.

Nov. 21

* Richard L. Thompson, 36, of Belpre, was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail on charges of driving while under the influence of alcohol and or drugs, failure to control motor vehicle and possessing drug abuse instruments.

Nov. 26

* Madison B. Allman, 24, of Belpre, was cited for failure to yield turning left.

* Vicki L. Barnes, 65, of Belpre, was served a summons on a charge of criminal mischief.

Nov. 28

* Caitlyn M. Smith, 25, of Parkersburg, was cited for passing left of center.

Nov. 29

* Beth A. Clark, 58, of Belpre, was cited for speed.

Dec. 1

*Hollee R. Merrell. 39, of Belpre, was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail on a charge of domestic violence.
