Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports April 19:

* Jaclyn Virginina Caldwell, 30, 713 Boso Ave., Ravenswood, pleaded no contest to speeding and was assessed $210.25 in court costs and fines.

* John Christopher Diamond, 45, 205 Left Fork Buck Run Road, Mineral Wells, pleaded no contest to surpassing the ATV passenger limit and people under 18 wearing a helmet on an ATV. Diamond was assessed $350.50 in court costs and fines.

* Kathy J. Hardman, 56, 1912 Dutchman Road, Mcfarlan, pleaded no contest to a no seatbelt charge and pled and paid court costs and fines over the phone.

* Nicholas Cole Owens, 23, 121 Chateau Hills, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to no inspection and was assessed $175.25 in court costs and fines.

* Justin D. Winland, 42, 431 Victoria Ave. Apt. 10, Williamstown, pleaded guilty to speeding. Winland pleaded and paid court costs and fines by phone.

* Melvin Lee Romeo, 44, 801 Pike St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of fraudulent schemes.

* Probable cause was found for Jessica Fritz, also known as Jessica Frame on a charge of breaking and entering. Frame was also arraigned on charges of battery and possession of fentanyl with the intent to deliver and bond was set at $76,500 surety.

* Chasity Hope Gibson, 28, 1131 Stadium Drive, Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of possession of fentanyl.

* Colt Edward Taylor, 37, 670 Pleasant Hill Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving with a revoked license and was sentenced to jail for six months to be served concurrently with felony charges. Taylor was assessed $1,170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Andrew R. Johnston, 41, 120 Franklin St., Marietta, 41, 120 Franklin St., Marietta, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of possession or delivery of fentanyl.

* Probable cause was found for Justin Michael Davis, 37, 1913 1/2 Dudley Ave., Parkersburg, on a charge of the delivery of fentanyl.

* Nicholas Snyder, 30, 3306 Birch St., Parkersburg was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Matthew Paul Arnold, 37, 607 31st St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Richard Ray Harlow, 34, 324 Sharon St., Mineral Wells, was arraigned on charges of driving with a suspended license, defective equipment and an expired inspection and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Zachary Reese Edwards, 29, 2835 Meadowview Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of shoplifting and driving with a suspended license and was released on a $750 personal recognizance bond.

* Cole Martin Hanshaw, 20, 106 Tanglewood Place, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving while impaired, fleeing on foot and obstructing an officer and was released on a $3,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Eric Trenton Boone, 20, 458 Skyview Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of the unlawful use of a license, obstructing an officer and underage consumption and was released on a $1,000 surety bond.

* Denzel Michael Jeffers, 36, 911 19th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of disorderly conduct and bond was set at $50 cash.

* Damion Thomas Norris, 45, 413 Eighth St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of possession of a controlled substance and violation of a protective order and bond was set at $3,500 surety.

* James Carlos Perkins, 44, 1911 Princeton St., Parkersburg, 1911 Princeton St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of obstructing an officer and was released on a $2,500 surety bond.

* Harry Michael Pitts, 56, 4611 Horseshoe Pick Lane, Valrico, Fla., was arraigned on a charge of driving impaired causing bodily injury and was released on a $2,500 cash bond.

* John Cordell Miner, 45, Vienna, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and bond was set at $1,000 surety.

* Teresa Irene Hall, 29, 407 Neal St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of petit larceny, trespassing, obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct and was released on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Bradley A. Whitlatch, 40, 824 37th St., Vienna, was arraigned on charges of possession of fentanyl and methamphetamine and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Paul A. Williams, 43, 270 Summers Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of no insurance and driving with a suspended license and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Anthony Lee Butler, 51, 3027 Gove St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of driving with a suspended license and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Kyle S. Buckley, 29, 3901 Grand Central Ave., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Harry Steve Swager, 69, 644 Madison Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of shoplifting, third offense, and bond was set at $10,000 surety.

* Nickea Blaine Leadmon, 25, 3705 Eighth Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of fraudulent use of an access device and was released on a $5,000 surety bond.

* Timothy Wayne Snyder, 38, 3543 Tick Ridge Road, Vincent, was arraigned on a charge of driving with a revoked license and was released on a $5,000 surety bond.

* Ethan M. Clevenger, 21, 601 13th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of fentanyl with the intent to deliver and bond was set at $15,000 cash.

* Teresa Irene Hall, 29, 407 Neal St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* David Adam Kaltenecker II, 30, 1167 Blackberry Alley, Columbus, pleaded no contest to speeding and pled and paid court costs and fines by phone.

* Mary Elizabeth Curran, 35, 1314 Spring St. Apt. 4, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a no seatbelt charge and paid by phone.

* Hayward Allen Edward, 67, 851 Eli Locust Road, Washington, W.Va., pleaded guilty to hunting a baited area for turkey and was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.

* Marshall S. Boyles, 40, 96 Lucille Lane, Washington, W.Va., pleaded guilty to driving with a suspended license and was assessed $270.25 in court costs and fines.

* Halley S. Titus, 35, 1332 Murphytown Road, Davisville, pleaded guilty to charges of no inspection and no registration and was assessed $355.50 in court costs and fines.

* James Robert Kipe, 30, c/o 413 Eighth St., Parkersburg, House to Home, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of fraudulent use of an access device and was bound over to Circuit Court.

* Colby Allen Ruddlesden, 19, 4915 Fourth Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving with a revoked license and reckless driving and was sentenced to 30 days of home confinement. A charge of failing to stop at through highways was dismissed. Ruddlesden was assessed $340.50 in court costs and fines.

* Robert Christopher Tabor, 34, 615 McKenna Drive, Williamstown, pleaded guilty to domestic assault and obstruction was sentenced to jail for 60 days, suspended for one year of probation. A charge of possession of a controlled substance was dismissed. Tabor was assessed $360.50 in court costs and fines.

* Kasey Dawn Alltop, 32, 638 Madison Ave., Apt. D, Parkersburg pleaded guilty to trespassing and was assessed $180.25 in court costs and fines.

* Gary Blaine Pifer, 76, 203 Bethelwood Drive, Waverly, was arraigned on charges of driving with a suspended license and failure to maintain control and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Cassandra Rebecca Buser, 29, 1000 15th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Erica Dawn Kiaseen, 32, 1518 15th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order and was released on a $200 cash bond.

* Everett Christopher Freeland, 36, 1251 Jackson Ave. Apt. 3C, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Mark Allen Fordyce, 54, 4237 12th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of driving under the influence and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Dakota J.C. Moore, 28, 707 Victoria Ave., Williamstown, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Candace Mae Gibson, 37, 1130 24th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Nicholas Paul Ickes, 25, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and is being held on a $1,500 surety bond.

* James E. Cook Jr., 43, 15 Cricket Lane, Fairmont, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order and was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Scott M. Gough, 32, 161 Huber Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving with a suspended license and no insurance and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

Wood Sheriff

PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Sheriff’s Office released the following reports on April 20:

April 15

* Deputies responded to the former Shoney’s building on East Seventh Street for subjects squatting in the building. A female was located inside and stated she had permission from the owners to be inside, however she could not give the deputies any names of who stated she could be there. She was asked to leave and advised on trespassing if she returned.

* A deputy spoke with a complainant who said he struck a deer on West Virginia 14 at Connections Bar. He stated his vehicle was severely damaged, however he was able to get the car to Vienna and parked it between 13th and 14th Streets. The deputy told the complainant an incident report would be taken for insurance purposes as he did not contact law enforcement at the time of the accident.

April 16

* A citation was issued to Christopher Allen Roby, 43, of 27th Avenue for driving on suspended/revoked.

* Richard Roy Harlow, 35, of Sharon Street, Mineral Wells, was arrested on awarrant for driving on suspended/revoked, defective equipment and no/expired MVI. He was processed pending arraignment.

April 17

* Damion Thomas Norris, 46, of Cindy Lane, Capital Heights, Md., was arrested after a traffic stop on charges of violation of a domestic violence protective order, possession of a controlled substance (meth and marijuana). He was on bond for the DVPO with a female who was the driver of the vehicle. He was confined pending his arraignment.

* A deputy responded to the area of Elizabeth Pike and Bogal Ridge Road for a vehicle crash. The deputy observed the vehicle over the embankment and made contact with the driver, who stated he was having some pain in his leg and neck. EMS and Fire arrived to tend to his injuries. A search of the vehicle located a back pack with several checks and mail inside with names not belonging to the driver. These checks and mail were taken to the addresses and returned to the rightful owners. A citation was issued to Brock Andrew Buskirk, 22, of Wilson Fork Road, Elizabeth, for possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) and no insurance.

April 18

* A citation was issued to Taylor Brooke Stansberry, 30, of Worthington Lane for driving on suspended/revoked second-offense.

* A deputy responded to Wadesville Road and Harris Highway for a single-vehicle accident. The driver stated he swerved to miss a deer and struck the ditch, another vehicle was on scene attempting to remove the vehicle and it was pulled to a gravel lot nearby. No injuries were reported.

* A deputy responded to I-77 milemarker 160 for a vehicle accident. The driver stated he drifted left into the rumble strips and tried to correct his steering but was already in the soft shoulder and lost control, he hit the median divider cable and came to a stop about 30 yards away. Several posts were damaged.

* Deputies responded to Core Road for a possible domestic call where the complainant could hear a male and female screaming and sounded like it was physical. It also was advised that they were walking toward 36th Street. Karissa D. Heddelson, 30, of Rinard Mills Road, New Matamoras, was arrested on charges of fugitive from justice as she was wanted out of Washington County and Dakota James Moore, 29, of Victoria Avenue, Williamstown, also was arrested on charges of fugitive from justice as he was also wanted out of Washington County.

* Zackary Reese Edwards, 29, of Williamstown Pike was arrested on charges of driving on suspended/revoked second-offense and a warrant for shoplifting.

* The office answered 195 calls: 26 traffic stops; 26 complaints by phone and in person; 11 domestic calls and domestic protective orders served; three suspicious persons and vehicles; six accidents; two larceny; five mental hygiene order/pick up /transport; 11 intrusion alarms; four warrant service; nine disorderly subjects.

Vienna Police

VIENNA — The Vienna Police Department released the following reports April 15:

April 1

* Timothy W. Moore of Cutler was arrested on a fugitive from justice warrant.

April 3

* Robert J. Greenlief of Parkersburg was arrested on a charge of violation of a protection order.

April 10

* Paul L. Walker Jr. of Parkersburg was arrested on a charge of third-offense shoplifting and a shoplifting warrant.

* Brandon D. Holbert of Vienna was arrested for on charges of public intoxication, disorderly conduct and driving on a suspended license.

April 12

* Michael R. Malhotra of Parkersburg was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.
