Records – Wood Magistrate – May 15
PARKERSBURG – Wood County Magistrate Court recently released the following reports on May 15:
* Tashia Linetta Drummond, 7 Whispering Oaks Lane, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to one count of shoplifting – removal of merchandise and one count of trespassing in a structure or conveyance. She was assessed $477.96 and paid a civil penalty of $1,042.24 to Walmart 701 Grand Central Ave., Vienna W.Va.
* James M. Vandergrift, 2601 Dudley Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to one count of fishing without a license and was assessed $196.48.
* Paul Thomas Bean Jr., 1058 River Hill Road Apt. 4, Washington, was arraigned on three charges of failure to register as a sex offender and was held on a $150,000 surety bond.
* Harry Lowell Armsbary, 297 Blennerhassett Heights, Washington, was arraigned on two charges of failure to register as a sex offender and was released on a $100,000 surety bond.
* Ivan Joseph Willis, 943 Swann St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting (3rd offense) and was held on a $30,000 surety bond.
* Rex Franklin Huston Jr., 1426 Spring St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of brandishing a deadly weapon and was released on a $5,000 surety bond under the conditions that he may not possess firearms or dangerous weapons and must abide a 9:00 p.m. curfew.
