PARKERSBURG – Wood County Magistrate Court recently released the following reports on May 16:
* Dale Roger Thorn, 893 Dry Run Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving while revoked or suspended (3rd offense) and was assessed $326.48 with a sentence of 30 days in jail with a credit of five days for time served. As part of a plea agreement, charges for a seat belt violation, no insurance and expired motor vehicle registration were dismissed.
In another case, he pleaded guilty to fleeing or attempting to flee from law enforcement in a vehicle and was assessed $366.48 with a sentence of 30 days in jail with a credit of five days for time served. As part of a plea agreement, charges for no proof of insurance anddriving while suspended (3rd offense) were dismissed.
In a third case, a charge for driving while suspended (3rd offense) was dismissed as part of a plea agreement.
In a fourth case, Dale pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license (3rd offense) and was assessed $336.48 with a sentence of 45 days in jail with a credit of five days for time served to run concurrent with the other sentence.
* A preliminary hearing was waived for Khalil Rashad Alexander, 1139 Toby Terrace, Akron, Ohio, on two counts of transportation of 1kg of heroin, 5kg of cocaine, 100g of phencyclidine, 10g of lysergic acid and 50g of meth with intent to deliver. Her charges also include manufacturing of a controlled substance with intent to deliver a schedule I or II narcotic or meth. The case was transferred to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Brent Michael Miller, 1102 39th Street, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to operating without certificate of inspection or failure to produce certificate and was assessed $181.48.
* Shannon Michael Anderson, 155 Dickens Drive Suite 13, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence (an impaired state and less than .15 BAC) and was assessed $351.48 with a sentence of 24 hours in jail (already served).
* A preliminary hearing was waived for Roger Blaine Carpenter, 1046 Murdoch Ave. Apt. 1 and 4, Parkersburg, on a charge of six counts of sex offender registration – life registrant false or inaccurate information (2nd or subsequent offense). The case was transferred to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Kendall Sue Tucker, 426 Briant St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to domestic battery and was assessed $176.48 with a sentence of 30 days in jail which was suspended and she was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. Terms and conditions require no contact with the victim.
* Molly Lynn Smythe, homeless, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to trespassing on property other than a structure or conveyance (after notice or exposing property), obstruction of law enforcement with threats of harm and was assessed $502.96 with a sentence of five days in jail (already served). As part of a plea agreement, a charge for battery on government officials was dismissed.
* Bryan Allen Hackney, 2516 Clement Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting (removal of merchandise) and fined $211.48. He was ordered to pay a civil penalty of $645.88 to Walmart, 701 Grand Central Ave., Vienna W.Va.
* Randy Howard Doyle, 91 Rail Trail Lane, Davisville, pleaded guilty to speeding on an open country highway and was assessed $181.48. As part of a plea agreement, the speeding charge was reduced to 69 mph in a 55 mph zone.
* A charge for domestic assault was dismissed by the magistrate against Shawn Michael Bailey, 100 Rock Run Road, Walker. The victim does not want to pursue.
* A charge for unlawful removal, injury to or destruction of property was dismissed by the magistrate against Dustin Jordan Christian Krebs, 3304 2nd Ave., Parkersburg. The State has had no contact with the victim or witnesses.
* Steven Michael Townsend, 198 Oak Valley Road, Belleville, pleaded guilty to speeding (86 mph in a 65 mph zone) and was assessed $186.48.
* Richard Orvel Keeney, 388 Washington Drive, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to speeding (82 mph in a 65 mph zone) and was assessed $186.48.
* Dana Nicole Perry, 629 Millbranch Road, Belpre, Ohio, pleaded guilty to speeding (54 mph in a 45 mph zone) and was assessed $181.48. As part of a plea agreement, a charge for no proof of insurance was dismissed.
* Jakob Scott Knicely, 760 Grieves Run Road, Elizabeth, pleaded guilty to speeding under 10mph on a controlled highway, operation without certificate of inspection or failure to produce certificate and was assessed $362.96.
* Joshua Paul Morgan, 350 River Lane, Belleville, pleaded guilty to speeding (82 mph in a 65 mph zone) and was assessed $186.48.
* Wesley Matthew Allen Wetzger, 41580 Hills Road, Pomeroy, Ohio, pleaded guilty to speeding (70 mph in a 55 mph zone) and was assessed $181.48.
* Nathan B. Boner, 1676 Stonelick Road, Kenna, pleaded guilty to speeding (60 mph in a 55 mph zone) and was assessed $181.48. As part of a plea agreement, a charge for expired registration was dismissed after proof was presented to the court.
* Dominic Matthew Andermans, 417 Florence St., Belpre, Ohio, was arraigned for violation of a protective order and was released on a $1,000 surety bond.
* Jeffry Lee Fulkerson, 2244 Pond Creek Road, was arraigned on two charges of driving while suspended (3rd offense) with one on a capias warrant. He was released on a $200 personal recognizance bond.
* Heather Carol Ray, 931 5th St., Marietta, Ohio, was arraigned for possession of a controlled substance, no proof of insurance and was released on a $1,500 surety bond.
* Sean Wayne Smith, 437 Meadow Lane, Parkersburg, was arraigned for receiving or transferring a stolen vehicle and held on a $50,000 surety bond.
* John Christopher Owens, 1957 Western Ace Apt. 403, Chillicothe, Ohio, was arraigned for two counts of obstruction of a division of natural resources officer, no proof of insurance and possession of a controlled substance. He was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond.
* Dustin Wayne Nutter, homeless, Parkersburg, was arraigned for trespassing and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond on the condition that he doesn’t return to a listed address in the court records.
* Aaron Shane Greiner, 1510 28th St., Vienna, was arraigned for breaking and entering and released on a $10,000 surety bond.
* Lisa Marie Myers, 2791 Clay Road, Spencer, was arraigned for cruelty to animals and released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.
* William Joseph Dawson, 1111 Elder St., Parkersburg, was arraigned for breaking and entering and person prohibited from possession of firearms. He was held on a $50,000 surety bond.
* Brandon Tyler Penn, 268 Apple Hill Lane, St. Mary’s, was arraigned for assault on an officer, disorderly conduct and obstruction. He was released on a $2,500 cash bond.
In another case, he was arraigned for permitting driving under the influence and public intoxication. He was released on a $1,000 cash bond.
* Shelby D. Jones, 510 25th St., Vienna, was arraigned for driving under the influence and driving while suspended. She was released on a $2,500 cash bond.
* Landon Evan Burnside, 120 Chateau Hills Court Apt. 120, Parkersburg, was arraigned for obstruction and released on a $1,500 surety bond.
* Kenneth W. Nethers III, 2401 11th Ave, Vienna, was arraigned for disorderly conduct and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
* Jonas Wyatt Miller, 1115 Coal Run Road, Marietta, OH, was arraigned on a charge of fraudulent schemes and released on a $3,500 surety bond.
* Raymond William Perry, 1725 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, was arraigned for battery and held on a $2,000 surety bond.
* Payton Burnside, 120 Chateau Hills Court, Parkersburg, was arraigned for falsely reporting an emergency and released on a $1,500 surety bond.
* Keith Rynell Kelley II, 60 Powell Drive Apt. 57, Parkersburg, was arraigned for violation of a protective order and released on a $1,500 surety bond.
* Paula Elaine Wright, 1857½ 7th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned for shoplifting and truancy. She was released on a $1,000 surety bond.
