Records – Wood Magistrate – May 14

PARKERSBURG – Wood County Magistrate Court recently released the following reports on May 14:

* Nathaniel David Randolph, 3516 Burke St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty in multiple cases to public intoxication, trespassing, possession of a controlled substance, refusal to submit to fingerprinting or required information, was assessed $905.92 and sentenced to 98 days in jail (eight days already served). As part of multiple plea agreements, charges for trespassing on property other than structure or conveyance, failure to process, two counts of obstruction with threats of harm, misuse of an emergency number and disorderly conduct were dismissed.

* A charge for domestic battery was dismissed by the magistrate against Ashley Nicole McClead, 1408 20th St., Parkersburg. Granted without prejudice and with no objection from the state, the alleged victim did not wish to pursue.

* Michael Lane Ledbetter, 3210 25th St. Apt. C, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to one count of driving while suspended or revoked and was assessed $276.48. As part of a plea agreement, a charge for failure to maintain motor vehicle insurance was dismissed. In another case, he pleaded guilty to one count of improper use of evidence of registration and was assessed $181.48. As part of a plea agreement, a charge for failure to attach registration plates to the rear of his vehicle was dismissed.

* Joshua David Chichester, 1444 Jesterville Road, Vienna, pleaded guilty to driving while suspended (3rd offense) and was assessed $352.96 with a sentence of 30 days in jail (17 days already served). He pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and sentenced to 90 days in jail for the possession of a controlled substance charge which was suspended and he was placed on six months of unsupervised probation. As part of a plea agreement, a charge for failure to maintain motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.

* Charges for expired vehicle registration and operation without certificate of inspection or failure to produce certificate were dismissed by the magistrate against Patricia J Elias-Montgomery, 823 Dickel Ave, Parkersburg. Valid registration and MVI were obtained.

* Karlin Jean McMullen 4114 Camden Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to one count of obtaining labor, services or another thing of value through false pretense with intent to defraud and was assessed $202.98 and sentenced to 30 days in jail whih was suspended and he was placed on six months of unsupervised probation.

* Jamie Nicole Robers, 704 Elm St. Apt. 5, Belpre Ohio, pleaded guilty to one count of possession of a controlled substance and was assessed $276.48.

* Robert Paul Tate, 1582 Congress Road, Belpre Ohio, pleaded guilty to one count of operating a vehicle on a highway with load dropping, sifting, or leaking and was assessed $231.48. As part of a plea agreement, charges for an unsecured load, reckless driving – no bodily injury and no proof of insurance were dismissed.

* A charge was dismissed for one count of shoplifting – removal of merchandise against Arthur Ramaris Steger, 166 North Hills Drive, Parkersburg. The State has not provided video and dismissal was granted without prejudice.

* Brandice Taylor Kunze, 2709 Norwood Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to one count of speed limitations – minimal controlled access and interstate highway limit. She was assessed $181.48.

* Jessica Renea Thomas, 1053 Oak Grove Road, Waverly, pleaded guilty to one count of driving while suspended or revoked and was assessed $306.48. As part of a plea agreement, a charge for no insurance was dismissed. In another case, she pleaded guilty to one count of driving while suspended or revoked and was assessed $406.48. In a third case, she pleaded guilty to one count of driving without a certificate of inspection or failure to produce a certificate and was assessed $211.48. As part of a plea agreement, a charge for driving without evidence of registration was dismissed.

* Brandy Dawn Sartor, 3668 Buck Run Road, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to one count of obstructing during investigation – materially false statement and was assessed $176.48 with a sentence of 5 days in jail (already served). She also pleaded guilty to a charge for trespassing in a condemned structure and she was assessed $286.48.

* A charge for driving under the influence (1st offense) was dismissed by the magistrate against John Robert Doan Stauffer, â„… 112 Dutch Ridge Road, Parkersburg. Officer no longer employed with the department.

* Natasha Ann Fish 151 Dickens Drive Apt. 21, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to one count of driving under the influence with a BAC of .15 or more and was assessed $481.48 with a sentence of 2 days in jail with a credit of 7hrs 15mins for time served.

* Richard Osburne Adams, 1004 Pike St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to one count of driving under the influence – drugs and possession of a controlled substance. He was assessed $567.96 and sentenced to 90 days in jail which was ssuspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation. As part of a plea agreement, a charge for obstruction was dismissed.

* A charge for domestic assault was dismissed by the magistrate against Tyler Scott McIntire, 187 Meral Parak Lane, Mineral Wells. Case to be refiled.

* A charge for DUI (1st offense) was dismissed by the magistrate against Glenda Renea Broyles, 7 Worthington Trailer Park Road, Parkersburg. The State does not have enough evidence to win at trial.

* Luke Thomas Williamson, 1003 Jackson Ave. Apt. 3, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to domestic battery and was assessed $186.48 with a sentence of 30 days in jail (already served) and one year unsupervised probation.

* Jennifer Sue Exline, 1934 Princeton St., Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to one count of possession of a controlled substance and was assessed $176.48 with a sentence of 90 days in jail which was suspended and placed on one year of unsupervised probation.

* A preliminary hearing was waived for Mitchell Edward Bailey, 246 Tanner Lane, Walker, for three counts of sex offender registration – life registrant false or inaccurate information (1st offense). The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Samantha Jean Rogers, 720 29th St. Apt. 13, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to one count of speeding (75 mph in a 55 mph zone) and was assessed $196.48.

* Dale Loren Hupp, 3102 8th Ave., Vienna, pleaded guilty to one count of speeding (64 mph in a 55 mph zone) and was assessed $181.48.

* Paul Thomas Lewis, 1317 40th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to one count of speeding in a school zone (29 mph in a 15 mph zone) and was assessed $276.48.

* Billy Lee Miller II, pleaded guilty to one count of obstructing a W.Va. Department of Natural Resources officer and was assessed $196.48.

* Lindsey Ryan Carper, 132 Putnam St., Morgantown, pleaded guilty to one count of speeding and was assessed $181.48.

* Gregory Uriah Williamson, 1254 Market St., Harrisburg Pa., pleaded guilty to one count of traffic-control violation and was assessed $181.48. As part of a plea agreement, a charge for driving while suspended or revoked was dismissed.

* Billy Gene Cunningham, 2882 Horse Run Road, Elizabeth, pleaded guilty to one count of speeding (69 mph in a 55 mph zone) and was assessed $181.48.

* Justin Perry Knopp, 603 41st St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to operation without certificate of inspection or failure to produce certificate and was assessed $181.48.

* Laura Ashley Seckman, 596 Cedar Grove Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to one count of speeding and was assessed $181.48.
