PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court Oct. 3:

* Chelsie Dawn Riffle, 35 Firehouse Lane Apt. 7, Cottageville, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $276.48.

* Christopher L. Lugli, 1309 County Road 16, New London, pleaded guilty to a permit violation and fined $226.48.

* Keiko Kobayashi Perkins, 1538 Stillwell Road, Walker, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended or revoked license and fined $276.48.

* Gage Anthony Showalter, 1406 Winding Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $276.48. A charge of following too closely was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Rachel Ann McCroskey, PO Box 34, Davisville, had two counts of battery dismissed after completing a six month deferred adjudication agreement.

* Kenneth Allen Hardin, 1201 16th St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription, fined $201.48 and sentenced to six months in jail which was suspended and placed on one year of unsupervised probation.

* A charge of possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription was dismissed against James Michael Overton, 1824 Murdoch Ave. Bld. C, Parkersburg, after completing rehab.

* Kimberly Lynn Lantz, 4711 Seventh Ave., Vienna, pleaded guilty to DUI, fined $361.48 and sentenced to 11 hours in jail which was ruled as time served.

* Melody Jane Bollinger, 230 Washington Drive, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to DUI, fined $368.48 and sentenced to 11 hours in jail which was ruled as time served.

* Kendall Sean Ray, 824 West Virginia Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of driving on a suspended license and released on $500 bond.

* Aaron James Guinn, 368 Club Drive, Washington, was arraigned on charges of speeding and having no MVI and released on $500 bond.

* David Eugen McNeill, 2206 Seventh Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of no operators, no proof of insurance, no insurance (capias) and driving on a suspended license (capias) and held on $2,500 bond.

* Leif E. Kloogh Jr., no address given, was arraigned on being a fugitive from justice out of Fairfield County, Ohio, on a probation violation on a charge of aggravated possession of drugs and held without bond.

* Evan James Melendez, 101 East Eighth St., Williamstown, was arraigned on a charge of malicious wounding and held on $5,000 bond.

* Rebecca Lynn Lancaster, 512 Gale Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of obstruction and released on $500 bond.

* Michael Dana Jozwick II, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic and held on $1,000 bond.

* Gage Anthony Showalter, 1406 Winding Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of battery and released on $1,000 bond.

* Ronald Todd Grimm, 4107 Ninth Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of strangulation and released on $5,000 bond.

* Ashley Nicole Lockhart, 2104 12th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting and released on $500 bond.

* Travis Ray Canaday, 1914 1/2 Pride Ave., Clarksburg, was arraigned on a charge of public intoxication and possession of a controlled substance (Meth) and held on $600 bond.

* Dennis Ray Smith, 39 Elly Ave., Beverly, was arraigned on a charge of battery and released on $1,000 bond.

* Domingo Ortiz Jr., 1111 24th St. Apt. 4, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order and released on $1,500 bond.

* Brian Nicholas Boso, 234 Scenic Hills, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violating a protective order and released on $1,000 bond.

* Julie Marie Tomblin, 802 Seventh St. Apt. 6, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance (capias), shoplifting and possession of a controlled substance and released on $600 bond.

* Nicholas Alan Taylor, 711 Olive St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of public intoxication and making a false statement to a trooper and released on $500 bond.

PARKERSBURG–The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court Oct. 4:

* Aaron James Guinn, 368 Club Dr., Washington, had charges of speeding and operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate dismissed.

* David Allen Bailey, 939 Hannaman Lane, Elizabeth, had a preliminary hearing waived for a charge of manufacture/deliver/possess with intent to manufacture/deliver a Schedule I or II narcotic. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Jeremy J. Brown, 3339 Manor Way, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of trespassing and second-offense shoplifting and initially released on $500 bond. He was also arraigned on a charge of being a fugitive from justice out of Washington County, Ohio on a charge of failure to appear for aggravated drug possession. He is being held on no bond.

* Chad Christopher Tru, 17 Ash Circle, Davisville, was arraigned on a charge of stalking and released on $2,000 bond.

* Melinda Kay Frederick, 1011 Tefft St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of destruction of property and released on $500 bond.

* Domingo Ortiz Jr., 1111 24th St. Apt. 1, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance and obstruction and held on $1,500 bond.

* Nicholas Alan Taylor, 711 Olive St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstruction, trespassing and battery of a police officer and released on $1,100 bond.

* Jaymason Mikale Robinson, 2212 36th St. Apt. 9, Parkersburg, was arraigned on three counts of possession with intent to deliver (Meth, Fentanyl and Cocaine) and held on $75,000 bond.

* David Bryan Megee, 3455 Flatwood Rd., Ravenswood, pleaded guilty to speeding in a construction zone and fined $181.48.

* Brady Joseph Scott, 283 Canary Lane, St. Marys, pleaded guilty to having no seat belt and fined $25.

* Debra Ann Dunham, 190 Beaver Rd., Ravenswood, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $276.48. Charges of expired registration and having no proof of insurance were dismissed.

* Joshua S. Watson, 215 Barnett Ridge Road, Belpre, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and fined $181.48. A charge of having no proof of insurance was dismissed.

* Brandon Michael Hatfield, 180 Saddle Lane, Elizabeth, pleaded guilty to speed limitations and fined $226.48.
