Ritchie County grand jury issues indictments
HARRISVILLE — Fifteen were indicted by a Ritchie County grand jury Jan. 24, according to a press release from Ritchie County prosecuting attorney Samuel C. Rogers II.
* Kenneth D. Ahouse, 44, 1360 Hushers Run Road, Pennsboro, was indicted on charges of escape and two counts of failure to provide notice of registration changes.
* Dawn M. Anderson, 49, 863 Slab Creek Road, Harrisville, was indicted on four counts of delivery of a controlled substance and four counts of conspiracy to commit a felony.
* Brianna L. Collins, 28, 2693 Long Run Road, Pennsboro, was indicted on charges of delivery of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school and conspiracy to commit a felony.
* Randall T. Echard Jr., 32, 413 Ohio Ave., Harrisville, was indicted on charges of driving with a revoked license for driving under the influence and fleeing from an officer with reckless indifference.
* Joseph A. Eddy, 40, Pennsboro, was indicted on charges of malicious assault, strangulation and domestic battery.
* Rilee A. Elliott, 20, P.O. Box 361, Cairo, was indicted on a malicious assault charge.
* Anthony D. Farr, 35, 112 Tolley Drive, Bridgeport, was indicted on charges of fraudulent schemes, three counts of obtaining money by false pretense, misconduct by a notary public and practicing law without a license.
* Jayson R. Holt, 42, Greenwod, was indicted on charges of three counts of violation of a protective order, domestic assault, domestic battery and destruction of property.
* Bradley L. McCloy, 34, 93 Mockingbird Lane, Pullman, was indicted on a charge of failure to provide support to a minor.
* Brent A. Muskin, 55, 165 Sterling Road 29, Marietta, was indicted on a charge of third offense driving under the influence of alcohol.
* Roy D. Powell, 45, 39 Gene Drive, Kingwood, was indicted on three counts of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver.
* Raymond M. Sellers, 63, 863 Slab Creek Road, Harrisville, was indicted on charges of five counts of delivery of a controlled substance, four counts of conspiracy to commit a felony and four counts of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver.
* Thomas J. Smith, 50, Route 1 Box 315, West Union, was indicted on charges of driving with a revoked license and fleeing from an officer with reckless indifference.
* Larry E. Sterling, 70, 3309 Northwest Turnpike, Pennsboro, was indicted on a charge of failure to provide notice of registration changes.
* Heather D. West, 39, 1360 Hushers Run, Pennsboro, was indicted on a charge of assisting a sex offender in eluding law enforcement.
