April 1

* Timothy W. Moore of Cutler was arrested on a fugitive from justice warrant.

April 3

* Robert J. Greenlief of Parkersburg was arrested on a charge of violation of a protection order.

April 10

* Paul L. Walker Jr. of Parkersburg was arrested on a charge of third-offense shoplifting and a shoplifting warrant.

* Brandon D. Holbert of Vienna was arrested for on charges of public intoxication, disorderly conduct and driving on a suspended license.

April 12

* Michael R. Malhotra of Parkersburg was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.
