MARIETTA — Dr. Katherine Kiger, D.O., has joined Memorial Health System’s new Athens Medical Campus.

Kiger has joined the Department of Primary Care at the new campus at 206 Columbus Road.

The Emergency Department was the first floor and service to open on June 13. Following the opening of the Emergency Department, the second and third floors will open this summer with outpatient services, the Department of Specialty Care and the Department of Primary Care.

According to a release from Memorial Health System, Kiger is rated in the top 2% of health care providers in the United States for patient likelihood to recommend. She has 12 years of experience specializing in rural care and functional approaches to complex, chronic health care.
