W.Va. Broadband Enhancement Council receives updates on BEAD, ARPA projects

CHARLESTON – Broadband expansion projects funded through one federal bucket of money are on their way to completion, while projects funded through a separate tranche are awaiting construction with the possibility of additional funding being approved.
