MARIETTA - Most - but not all - Mid-Ohio Valley communities will observe trick-or-treating on Halloween this year.
Although the latest treat-gathering periods end by 8 p.m., folks will also need to remember to set their clocks back that night, with Daylight Saving Time officially ending at 2 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 1.
