VIENNA - The annual Parkersburg Elks Lodge 198 membership picnic and flag observance will be held from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday at Buzzy Dils Park in Vienna. “The flag ceremony is a time-honored tradition that celebrates the American flag and what it represents,” organizer Leslie Riddle said. Saturday’s schedule is: * Noon to 1 p.m.: Introductions and games * 1-2 p.m.: lunch 2:30-3 p.m.: flag ceremony. 3-4 p.m.: Visit and head home. “This is an annual member picnic.
