Letter to the Editor: Harris is wrong choice

Just saw most of the “debate” last week. Not really a debate as per debate rules, but just a question-and-answer session where both participants took every opportunity to insult each other and call each other a liar. Such is the nature of presidential debates.

Debates do not determine the election winner … just goes to show that someone was better at communicating at least for 90 minutes. It was obvious that Harris had been given the questions ahead of time. Such journalistic integrity by ABC News that it is disgraceful. Her answers were too pat to be off the cuff.

Just remember one thing — Bernie Sanders, who is as far left as you can get, except for Kamala, said the other day that she has not changed, that she will say anything to get votes. Strange comment coming from a “colleague” of Kamala. These people running or in office have one thing in common. They are pathological liars. Trump is, Harris is, Biden is, Obama is.

Harris cannot be trusted. As the bumper/window stickers going around, Joe and the ___ gotta go! She has a reputation and a history of doing whatever it takes to get what she wants. She is immoral, has used her sex to manipulate and has basically “weaseled” her way up the ladder. If you vote for her, she will do what she has always wanted to do — ruin America.

Just remember this: Harris is a Marxist. Marxism is a political and economic theory that aims to create a classless society where everyone works for the common good. No one can have more than anyone else, and is the direct opposite of capitalism. Her father was a Marxist professor. Undoubtedly, she was influenced by his extreme political ideology.

As for Trump, he does love America, but has a problem communicating that very well. He is prone to middle school behaviors of name calling and lying. However, as I have said before, we cannot pay much attention to what he is saying, but notice what he does. He is a flawed person, like all of us, but he does have the best in mind for us.

What America really needs is Jesus Christ. America needs to turn to him today to learn how to live and to accept him as personal Lord and Savior. The presidential candidates need the same. Then, perhaps, they can be good leaders.
