Paul Richard Taylor, 80, of St. Marys, West Virginia, passed away on Friday, June 5, 2026, in Parkersburg, West Virginia. Born on November 30, 1945, in Wellsburg, West Virginia, he was the son of the late Mack Patrick Taylor and Theodotia Mae Taylor. Paul was a proud Vietnam veteran. At the age of 17, he enlisted in the United States Air Force and was stationed in Lubbock, Texas. From June 25, 1963, to June 24, 1966, he served as a fuel specialist and completed one tour in Vietnam.
