Brenda was born on June 22, 1959, in Parkersburg, WV to devoted parents Conrad (Sonny) and Delphia Mae Patterson, who preceded her in death along with her husband, Hal Hammond. Shirley Brown Bush

Shirley Brown Bush, 90, of Parkersburg, passed away July 17, 2026, at Cedar Grove Personal Care. She was born on February 1, 1936 at her home in Mineral Wells and was the daughter of the late George E. and Ida Mae Devaughn Brown. Shirley retired from the Wood County Board of Education after 38 years as a teacher and was a graduate of Glenville College and West Virginia University. She was a member of Mt.
