Michael David Parsons

Michael David Parsons, 73, of Navarre, passed away unexpectedly of natural causes on July 23, 2026 at his home. He was born on May 12, 1953 to the late Lake and Jo Ann (Higgins) Parsons in Parkersburg, WV. Michael was a sonar operator in the United States Navy in 1972. Later on in life, he became an electrician for Ecko Housewares in Massillon, Ohio, where he worked for 26 years. Following that, he worked for RW Screw in Massillon, Ohio, for 13 years. Jared David Stephens, 50, of Parkersburg, passed away July 23, 2026. He was born in Parkersburg, WV, on May 1, 1976, a son of Joyce D. (Wolfe) Stephens of Parkersburg, WV, and the late David Milford Stephens. He was co-owner and operator of the Dawg Spa and attended North Parkersburg Baptist Church. Jared is survived by his wife, Sarah Stephens of Parkersburg, and two children, Austin Lyons (Brandi) of Parkersburg and Brayden Stephens of Parkersburg, and one grandson, Kodi Lyons.
