Gasoline prices continue downward trend in northern West Virginia, south central Ohio

PARKERSBURG – The nationwide average price of a gallon of gasoline has dropped for four weeks in a row and is under $4, a trend reflected on both sides of the Ohio River in the region. The average price for gasoline across northern West Virginia was $3.726 per gallon on Monday, 10 cents lower than the previous week, according to auto club AAA. Ohio proposed constitutional amendment to ban data centers will not be on this year’s ballot

Ohio voters will not have a chance to vote to ban data centers in the November election. Conserve Ohio, the grassroots organization behind the proposed constitutional amendment, said they are now hoping to make the 2027 ballot.
