PARKERSBURG - A portion of 19th Street between Murdoch Avenue and Market Street, along with the right, northbound lane of Murdoch Avenue in that area, will be closed beginning at 8 a.m. Friday as the Parkersburg Utility Board works on pavement restoration at the intersection. Motorists are advised to exercise caution while passing through the area and use alternate routes.
