PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on April 10:
* Lowell Joseph Wilhelm Jr., 2920 S. Woodland Road, Muskogee, Okla., pleaded guilty to failure to obey a traffic control device. He had a charge of reckless operation dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Kierston Holbrooks-Mick, 135 Watson Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstructing an officer, shoplifting, fined $365.50 and sentenced to 7 days in jail which was ruled as time served. Holbrooks-Mick was ordered to pay a $66.30 Civil Penalty to Wal-Mart in Vienna. A charge of trespassing in a placarded property was dismissed.
* Timothy James Brown, 3010 Camden Ave. Apt. A, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to being a prohibited person in possession of firearms (domestic assault), fined $180.25 and sentenced to 90 days in jail with a credit of three days in jail for time served.
* Kurtis Lee Swisher, 1017 George St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $195.25. He was ordered to pay a $195.25 civil penalty to the Wal-Mart store in Vienna.
* Kristen Michelle Sullins, 1017 George St. Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $195.25. She was ordered to pay a $195.28 civil penalty to Wal-Mart in Vienna.
* Mathew Collin Murray, 6450 Tuckers Creek Road, Elizabeth, had a charge of indecent exposure dismissed, pursuant to a plea offer in another case.
* Daniel Paul Stewart, 853 Wolf Run Road, Rockport, pleaded guilty to driving a vehicle while in an impaired state, BAC less than .15, fined $355.25 and sentenced to 23 hours in jail which was ruled as time served.
* Alicia Cecilia Galluccio, 1629 Park Ave., Parkersburg, had a charge of violating a personal safety order dismissed without prejudice.
* Billy Jack Allman, 1700 17th St. Apt. 6, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to simple possession and fined $230.25.
* Brandon Paul Hayes, 905 Seventh St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to having a suspended operator’s license and fined $280.25. Charges of a certificate of insurance violation, disregarding posted traffic signs and improper registration were dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Randall Paul West, 1805 Liberty St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to assaulting an officer, obstruction, fined $400.50 and sentenced to 90 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on unsupervised probation for one year with a credit of one day for time served. Charges of disorderly conduct, possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription, having no insurance and third-offense driving on a suspended license were dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* John Joseph Kinnaird, 820 Lenore St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of Meth and fined $230.25.
* Kayla Ann Forshey, 19 Westview Circle, Parkersburg, had charges of operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and having no insurance dismissed after presenting proof of having it.
* Mackenzie L. Wilson, 2109 Belmont Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $280.25. Charges of having no insurance, having expired registration and operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate were dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Garry Joseph Boyce Jr., 3482 Smithton Road, West Union, was arraigned on three counts of violation of a protective order and held on $3,000 bond.
* Amy Nicole Bell, 194 Price Road, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of speeding in a school zone and released on $500 bond.
* Jeremy Daniel Sloan, 85 Appaloosa Road, Leroy, was arraigned on a charge of having no insurance and released on $500 bond.
* Gregory Allen Hutson, 1010 Johnson Run Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession and driving on a suspended license and released on $1,500 bond.
* Tyler Stephen Parsons, 661 Society Hill Road, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on charges of having no proof of insurance and a registration violation and released on $1,000 bond.
* Christopher James Hunt, 1000 Kemper St. Apt. 3, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance, second-offense driving on a suspended license, having no registration and two counts of driving on a suspended license and released on $1,500 bond.
* Timothy James Brown, 1725 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of intimidation of and retaliation against a witness and held on $25,000 bond.
* Gianni V. Lynch, Blavklick, Ohio was fleeing with reckless indifference and possession of a controlled substance (fentanyl) with intent to deliver and held on $75,000 bond.
* Chance Edward Kelley, 2503 Beverly St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of drug conspiracy, possession and delivery of a controlled substance and held on $75,000 bond.
* Dustin Dewayne Metz, 2522 10th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of third-offense shoplifting and held on $5,000 bond.
* Christina Shinsky, 600 55th St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to domestic battery, obstruction, fined $390.50 and sentenced to seven days in jail which was ruled as time served.
* Emma Kate Keith, 2090 Gates Ridge Road, Rockport, pleaded guilty to obstruction, fined $170.25 and sentenced to five days in jail which was ruled as time served.
* Curtis Wesley Nichols, Boomer, W.Va., pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license, having expired registration and fined $445.50. He had a charge of operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate was dismissed, per a plea agreement.
* Hannah Danielle Province, 354 Ohio River Hill Road, Ravenswood, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of burglary. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Derek Robert Chrisman, 3015¢ Camden Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstruction, trespassing on placarded property, fined $340.50 and sentenced to 60 days in jail with 8 days credit for time served. He had charges of obstruction, disorderly conduct, failure to be processed dismissed, per a plea agreement. His LEAD Diversion was revoked.
* Gregory Scott Baker, 1129 Little Kanawha River Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to trespassing in a placard house and fined $180.25.
* Brian Andrew Sears, 105 Elmwood Heights Road, Williamstown, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of strangulation. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Lawrence Martin Brown, 914¢ 7th St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of third-offense shoplifting. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.
* Thomas Earl Davis Jr., 3457 Lost Pavement Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $270.25. A charge of improper registration was dismissed.
* Russell Ray Duke III, 131 Tee Drive, Maidsville, pleaded no contest to running a red light and fined $175.25.
* Madison L. Jeffers, 530 Linden Ave., Sistersville, pleaded guilty to having no proof of insurance and fined $370.25.
* Leroy James Estep, 4053 Elizabeth Pike, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without a inspection certificate and fined $175.25.
* Gregory Scott Baker, 1129 Little Kanawha Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $180.25.
* Paul Anthony Janssen, 129 Thornberry Hill Drive, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding in a work zone and fined $270.25.
