Belpre man indicted for violating protection order 13 times

MARIETTA – A Belpre man facing 13 counts of violating a protection order, among other charges, was among 16 people indicted this week by the Washington County Grand Jury. Timothy Paul Satterfield, 45, was indicted on a fourth-degree felony count of menacing by stalking and a third-degree felony count of tampering with evidence, in addition to the 13 fifth-degree felony counts of violating a protection order and a first-degree misdemeanor charge of intimidation of an attorney, victim or witness in a criminal case. From July 1 through Sept. 30, 2026 income-eligible Ohioans can receive assistance in paying their electric bill, purchasing an air conditioner or fan, or making repairs to their central air conditioning unit through the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services Home Energy Assistance Summer Crisis Program.
