Belpre man indicted for violating protection order 13 times

MARIETTA - A Belpre man facing 13 counts of violating a protection order, among other charges, was among 16 people indicted this week by the Washington County Grand Jury.

Timothy Paul Satterfield, 45, was indicted on a fourth-degree felony count of menacing by stalking and a third-degree felony count of tampering with evidence, in addition to the 13 fifth-degree felony counts of violating a protection order and a first-degree misdemeanor charge of intimidation of an attorney, victim or witness in a criminal case. According to court documents, the incidents happened between July 31 and Aug. 18 at Satterfield's residence.

Also indicted were:

* Braden Allen Holcomb, 40, 410 Maple St. Marietta; one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, from February.

* David Jon Tibbs, 35, 3300 Clement Ave., Parkersburg joint with Alena Lula Dulaney, 43, 1209 9th St, Apartment 6, Vienna; Both were indicted on one count aggravated possession of drugs a fifth-degree felony and one count of operating a motor vehicle bearing an invalid license plate or identification mark, a fourth-degree misdemeanor; Dulaney was also indicted on one count of obstructing official business, a second-degree misdemeanor, from April.

* Stanley Edward Bowers Jr., 47, 1954 Seventh St., Parkersburg; one count of escape, a third-degree felony, from June.

* Dylan Lee Grayson, 24, 500 Eddy Ridge Road, New Matamoras; one count strangulation, a fourth-degree felony, one count domestic violence, a first-degree misdemeanor, from Aug. 7.

* William Todd LaForest, 66, 101 Evans St, Apartment 1A, New Matamoras; one count aggravated possession of drugs,a third-degree felony; one count aggravated trafficking in drugs, a second-degree felony; from June.

Mark Steven Cunningham, 64, 221 South Sixth St., Marietta; joint with Ananda Joy Trembly, 50, 840 Pike St., Marietta; Cunningham was indicted on one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony; Trembly was indicted on one count of possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a fifth-degree felony, from May.

* Ryan Edward Carpenter, 31, 834 St. Marys Ave., Marietta; one count burglary, a second-degree felony; one count misdemeanor theft, a first-degree misdemeanor; from Aug. 24.

* Krystal Renee Garrison, 59, 531 Ohio River Road, Parkersburg; one count of illegal conveyance of drugs of abuse onto grounds of a specified governmental facility, a third-degree felony; one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony; from May.

* Donald C. Elliott, 78, 19001 Bucks Lake Road, Guysville, OH, 45735; one count theft, a fifth-degree felony; passing bad checks, fifth-degree felony; from November 2025.

* Charles Robert Weekley Jr., 44, 614 Thomas St., Belpre; two counts aggravated possession of drugs, both fifth-degree felonies, from June.

* Ryan Louis Sullivan, 37, 4318 12th Ave., Parkersburg or 216 Beaver St., Marietta; one count of failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer; from Aug. 27. Sullivan was also indicted on a separate case with one count of strangulation, a fourth-degree felony; one count domestic violence, a first-degree misdemeanor; from March.

* Chadwick Hayden Hughes, 35, 211 Elm St., Marietta; one count domestic violence, a third-degree felony; one count operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a drug of abuse or a combination of them/OVI, a first-degree misdemeanor; from Aug. 29.
