PARKERSBURG – Indivisible MOV held a reading of the Declaration of Independence on Wednesday at Bicentennial Park in downtown Parkersburg to commemorate the 250th anniversary of the document’s first public reading.
The grassroots volunteer organization, which advocates and demonstrates on a variety of topics, held a simultaneous reading with other groups around the country. People from around the area read individual segments aloud from the stage where America 250 observances took place on July Fourth.
