PARKERSBURG — The following cases were released by Wood County Magistrate Court on Sept. 15:

* Shannon Marie Reynolds, 1212 George St., Parkerburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and obstruction (false statement) and fined $377.96. She was sentenced to nine days in jail which was ruled as time served. She was ordered to pay a $54.50 civil penalty to the Dollar General store on Seventh Street in Parkersburg. Charges of trespassing and attempted escape/escape were dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Jerry Wayne Seabolt, PO Box 4685, Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of third-offense driving on a suspended license for DUI. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Fergusson De’Anthony Harris, c/o Lot 7 700 Barclay St., Belpre, had a preliminary hearing waived for receiving/transferring a stolen vehicle. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Thomas Paul Daugherty, Red Roof Inn Room 128, 3714 East Seventh St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of second-offense failure to register as a sexually violent predator. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Robert David Reaser, 47 Diamond Dr., Davisville, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of strangulation. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Joshua Richard Knopp, 47 Hickory St. Parkersburg, had charges of obstruction and disorderly conduct dismissed following a successful deferred sentence agreement.

* Christopher David King, c/o 509 Michigan Ave., Nitro, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of second-offense of having false information in regards to a sexual offender registration.

* Ryan W. Ewing, 1924 Seventh St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended license and second-offense shoplifting, less than $500, and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Noah Michael Shaffer, Charleston, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and held on $3,000 surety bond.

* Neil Denver Sprout, 33 S. Third St. Lot 1, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of having a revoked fishing license and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Shawn Wayne Bailey, Reedsville, Ohio, was arraigned on a charge of domestic assault and held on a $3,000 security bond.

* James Carl Hutson, 1010 Johnson Run Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct and obstructing an officer and released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Allison Nicole Miller, 508 Maple St. Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of shoplifting and possession of a controlled substance and released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Logan Izek Scott, Mason, W.Va., was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

* Justin Daniel Carpenter, 813 17th St. Apt. B, Vienna, was arraigned on charges of reckless driving, disobeying a traffic control device, leaving the scene of an accident, having no insurance and obstructing an officer and released on a $3,500 surety bond.

* Ronald Todd Grimm, 4107 Ninth Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violating a domestic violence protective order and released on a $2,500 surety bond.

* Noah Tucker Taylor, 180 Chateau Hills, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of failure to move over and having no insurance and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Joshua Allen Miller, 618 Reed St. Apt. 10, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of having no operator’s license and having no insurance and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Hayden Hunter Tunnell, 136 Greenbrier Lane, Davisville, was arraigned on a charge of speeding and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Jordan Thomas Trifiletti, 868 Schott Road, Waterford, was arraigned on charges of having no insurance and second-offense driving on a suspended license and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Ryan Seth Pittman, 216 Ranis Road, Belleville, was arraigned on two counts of shoplifting and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Mark David Richard, 186 Murphytown Circle, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of burglary and released on a $50,000 surety bond.

* Charles Carlyle Payne, 50 Royal Gardens Court Apt. 22, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver (meth) and released on $10,000 surety bond.

* Robert Keith Cole, no address given, was arraigned on a charge of being a fugitive from justice out of Noble County, Ohio, on a charge of endangering children. He was held on no bond.

* Steven Clay Stephenson, no address given, was arraigned on two counts of being a fugitive from justice out of Fredrick County, Virginia, for parole violations on a charge of grand larceny and out of Loudoun County, Virginia, on a charge of failure to appear on a case involving the theft of a motor vehicle and driving on a revoked license for DUI. He is being held without bond.

* Raymond Michael Adkins, 2229 16th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of shoplifting, driving on a suspended license and having improper registration and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Kevin Jack Phillips, 40 Ross Road, Waverly, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without registration and fined $181.48. A charge of having no insurance was dismissed.

* Michael Allen Sheppard, 350 W. Wildwood Drive, pleaded guilty to speeding (69 mph in a 65 mph zone) and fined $181.48.

* Charles Ray Wilson, 1510½ Crescent St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $201.48. He was ordered to pay a $1,312.68 civil penalty to the Walmart store in Vienna.

* Alston Wallace Sealey, 1218 Newcastle Ave., Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, pleaded no contest to speeding in a construction zone (15 mph or more in excess) and fined $196.48.

* Kasey Lane Holbert, 2935 Elizabeth Pike, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to an improper lane change and fined $181.48.

* Cole Braden Cheuvront, 155 Camp Barbe Road, Elizabeth, pleaded guilty to having no seatbelt and fined $25. A charge of having an expired operator’s license was dismissed after proof was presented to the court.

* Brittaney Marie Smith, 2821 Emerson Ave. Apt. 28, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $201.48. She was ordered to pay a $121.86 civil penalty to Walmart.

PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Sept. 16:

* Philip Joseph Humphries, 1340 Lynn St., Parkersburg, had two counts of violation of a domestic violence protective order dismissed with prejudice.

* Kayla Lynn Burnem, 4100 Stella St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to first-offense driving under the influence, was assessed $331.48 and sentenced to 30 days home confinement. Burnem also pleaded guilty to driving under suspension and was assessed $276.48. A seat belt violation was dismissed.

* Zane Randal Mathis, 2507 Cleveland Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to reckless driving, assessed $201.48 and sentenced to 10 days home confinement. A DUI charge was dismissed.

* Emerson R. Woodburn, 2202 Hill St., Apt. C, Belpre, pleaded guilty to left of center and assessed $181.48. Charges of expired registration and no insurance charge were dismissed under a plea agreement. He also pleaded guilty to driving under suspension and assessed $276.48.

* David Michael Messinger, 1014 17th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a malicious assault charge and released on $7,500 bond.

* Adam Dean Flannagan, 123 Grapevine Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. Bond was set at $100,000.

* Kyle David Bryant, 1721 Staunton Turnpike, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of shooting within 500 feet of a dwelling and released on $500 bond.

* Arion Charlie Michael, 828 Cedar Grove Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of maintaining a dwelling for drug usage. Bond was set at $5,000.

* Bryce Steven Joy, 118 Miller Ave., Marietta, was found guilty of traffic signal violation and assessed $181.48.

* Christopher Allen Williams, 41 Commercial St., Lot 2, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to driving under suspension and assessed $276.48.

* Alexis Marie Slack, 1008 Blizzard Drive, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to trespass on property other than structure or conveyance and assessed $276.48.

* Anthony James Pfarr, 1109 32nd St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to trespass on property other than structure or conveyance and assessed $186.48.

* Desean Lestat Turner, 827 Seventh St., Parkersburg, had probable cause found on a charge of intimidation of and retaliation against a public officer.

* Matthew Lee Allen, 3443 Third Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to following an emergency vehicle, assessed $176.48 and sentenced to 30 days jail suspended for one year of unsupervised probation and eight months of community service.

* Gaston Willie Walker, Beeson, W.Va., pleaded guilty to first-offense shoplifting and assessed $191.48 with a civil penalty of $274.72 to Vienna Walmart.

* Richard Fred Johnson Jr., Parkersburg, had a domestic battery charge dismissed without prejudice.

* Elizabeth Dawn Perrine, 1809 Beaver St., Parkersburg, had a battery charge dismissed with prejudice.

PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Sept. 17:

* David Alexander Bunch, 646 Liberty St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of third-offense shoplifting, possession of a controlled substance and trespass. Bond was set at $11,500.

* Andrew David Calebaugh, 184 Logan Lane, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a possession with intent charge. Bond was set at $100,000.

* Krystal Dawn Gibbs, 1200 Muskingum River Road, Marietta, was arraigned on charges of public intoxication, disorderly conduct, obstructing and failure to process and released on $1,000 bond.

* Chadwick Myron Norman, 115 Morningside Circle, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a second-offense driving under suspension charge and released on $2,500 bond.

* Gary Lynn McCullough II, 614 Burnthouse Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving under suspension and assessed $276.48.

* Chase William Hutson, Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a burglary charge.

* Katherine Kelly-Louise Williams, 2113 45th St., Parkersburg, had a charge of possession of counterfeit or unauthorized access device with intent to defraud dismissed without prejudice.

* Ashley Nicole Davis, 800 Seventh St., Apt. 4, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to destruction of property, assessed $276.48 and sentenced to one year in jail suspended for one year unsupervised probation.

* Bradon Jaymes Vannoy, 7905 Mt. Carmel Ridge Road, St. Marys, had a charge of possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription dismissed after completing a deferred sentence program.

* Jada T. Snider, 2747 Lost Pavement Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to inspection violation and assessed $181.48.

PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Sept. 18:

* A charge of operation without certificate of inspection or failure to produce was dismissed against Jason Michael Marchuk, 610 Elder St., Parkersburg, after proof of the motor vehicle inspection was shown.

* Ruth Ann Lewis, 1006 Swann St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to 90 days in jail, suspended for six months of unsupervised probation. She was assessed $176.48.

* A charge of possession of a controlled substance was dismissed against Amaya Faith McDonald upon successful completion of treatment.

* A charge of violation of a protective order was dismissed against Guillermo A. Muniz Jr., 1108 13th St., Parkersburg, due to insufficient evidence.

* Colm Millar Armstrong, 1012 18th St., Apt. 6, Vienna, pleaded guilty to obstruction with threats of harm and was assessed $226.48. Charges of possession of a controlled substance and disorderly conduct were dismissed as part of a plea agreement.

* Sherri Lynn Fields, 21 Royal Gardens Court, Suite 1, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to second-offense shoplifting and was assessed $276.48, with a $130.44 civil penalty to Walmart.

* Gary Wayne Paris Jr., 67 Friar Tuck Road, Belleville, was arraigned on charges of burglary other than dwelling, illegal burn and battery. Bond was set at $7,000 surety.

* Kevin Wayne Conley, 1625 ½ Latrobe St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a domestic violence protective order and released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Randal Shaun Weaver, 1114 Russell Gap Road, Moravian Falls, N.C., was arraigned on charges of auto tampering, petit larceny and attempt to enter a vehicle. Bond was set at $6,000 surety.

* Samuel Jordan Fleet, 2305 Lynn St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order. Bond was set at $5,000.

* Debbie Ann Oliver, 1490 Kings Ridge Road, St. Marys, was arraigned on two counts of violation of a protective order and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Cory Ray Patterson, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of second-offense domestic assault and battery. Bond was set at $4,000 surety.

* Holly S. Hitchcock, Williamstown, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

* Hannah Leigh Morrison, 1311 Grandview Manor, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of public intoxication and obstructing and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Chaz Joseph Richards, 3927 11th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstructing an officer, assault of a law enforcement officer and inhaling intoxicating compounds and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

* Matthew Lee Harding, P.O. Box 2, New Haven, W.Va., was arraigned on a possession of a controlled substance charge and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Matthew Darrell Freshour, 7972 STaunton Turnpike, Macfarlan, was arraigned on a charge of speeding (school zone) and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Dakota Ski Acores, 2007 Gandee Court, Belpre, was arraigned on a breaking and entering charge. Bond was set at $20,000 surety.

* Clifford Goans Batten, 3 Shell Circle, Belpre, was arraigned on a breaking and entering charge. Bond was set at $20,000 surety.

* Martin Craig Warner, 406 Clinton Iron Furnace Road, Wheelersburg, Ohio, was arraigned on a charge of driving while impaired, with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.15, and released on bond. The amount was not specified.

* Lee Kendall Mullins, 1424 Rector Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of open dump and burning of solid waste and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Ashton Brook Shotwell, 602 Hillcrest Terrace, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of inmate in possession of weapons, drugs or dangerous materials and released on a $5,000 surety bond.

* Caleb Blaine Boyles, 6856 Pike St., Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to following authorized emergency vehicles and was assessed $201.48.

* Jacob Allan Powers, 5772 Savage Hill Road, Sugar Grove, Ohio, pleaded guilty to no personal flotation device for child under 12 and was assessed $196.48.
