Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on Dec. 28-Jan. 1:

* Isaac Michael West, 1084 Pond Creek Road, Belleville, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and fined $181.48. A charge of expired registration was dismissed after proof of valid registration was presented to the court.

* Susan Lynn Haislep, 280 Franklin Blvd., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and fined $181.48.

* Suzanne Yvette Cox, 367 Davisville Rd., Davisville, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without an inspection certificate and fined $181.48. A charge of having no registration was dismissed after valid proof was presented to the court.

* Calvin Jennings Schoolcraft, 3015½ Camden Ave., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on a charge of grand larceny. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Stanislav Stanislavovich Korets Jr., 200 W Circle Apt. 101, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to expired registration and fined $181.48.

* Zac Blaine Wilson, 804 Red Hill Rd. Apt. 7, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding and dimming lights upon approaching or overtaking and fined $367.96.

* James Lee Workman, 534 Fifth St., Parkersburg, had a preliminary hearing waived on two counts of second-offense providing false information as part of registering as a sexual offender. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Raymond Michael Adkins, 2300 Tracefork Road, Branchland, W.Va., had probable cause found for a charge of burglary. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Delbert Wesley Hall Jr., 2407 27th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance without a valid prescription, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 90 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation with a credit of 10 days for time served. A charge of possession was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Molly Beth Jones, 1011 18th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $191.48. She was ordered to pay a $197.08 civil penalty to the Dollar General store on Emerson Avenue in Parkersburg. She also pleaded guilty to another charge of shoplifting and fined $186.48. She was ordered to pay a $82.12 civil penalty to the Walmart store in Vienna.

* Chase Edward Burgy, 340 Elm St., Parkersburg, had a charge of truancy dismissed.

* Marquette Lorenzo Bannerman, 880 Red Hill Road Apt. 106, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of fraudulent scheme and released on $10,000 bond.

* Shane Andrew Salyers, 17 Millbrook Dr., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of being a prohibited person in possession of a concealed firearm and released on $10,000 bond.

* Jackie Sue Sprouse, 504 34th St. Apt. 7, Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of first-degree arson and held on $10,000 bond.

* John Jason Blevins, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of third-offense domestic battery and held on $10,000 bond.

* Nicholas Aaron Burke, 710 Knopp St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance (meth) with intent and possession of a controlled substance (fentanyl) with intent and held on $150,000.

* Elaina Jolynn Slack-Nolen, 1020 Swann St. Apt. 2, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance (meth) with intent and possession of a controlled substance (fentanyl) with intent and held on $150,000.

* Ryan Nickolas Cline, 2501 12th Ave., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of third-offense shoplifting and held on $2,500 bond.

* Christopher Cullen Cooper, 2906 29th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and having an expired operator’s license and released on $1,500 bond.

* Bobbie Jo Ross, 1707 Pike St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violating a domestic violence protection order and released on $2,000 bond.

* Dusty Albert Davis, 814 Second St. West, Huntington, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended license and having no seatbelt and released on $525 bond.

* Cynthia Dawn Cline, 3604 East Seventh St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance (meth) and released on $1,000 bond.

* Edwin Ray Hodge, 35 Bobo St., Cottageville, was arraigned on charges of having no MVI and having expired registration and released on $1,000 bond.

* Austin Ward Clark, 499 Riggs Run Road, Elizabeth, was arraigned on a charge of battery and released on $1,000 bond.

* Amy Renee Henderson, 2552N Slate Run Road, Belleville, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting and released on $1,000 bond.

* Robert Kendall Fulmer, 227 Champion School Road, Belleville, W.Va., was arraigned on charges of assaulting EMS and obstruction and released on $3,000 bond.

* Daniel Brady Wolfe, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $2,000 bond.

* Kyle Christopher Richards, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $1,000 bond.

* Ravon Marie Williams, Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $1,500 bond.

* Randy Wade Hunt II, 961 Summit Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of speeding in a construction zone and driving on a suspended license and released on $500 bond.

* Ryan Brett Francisco, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and held on $1,000 bond.

* Hannah Rae Furbee, 133 Mount Vernon Dr., Washington, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and released on $1,000 bond.

* Matthew Allen Altizer, 4400 Grand Central Ave. Apt. 33, Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of obstructing an officer and released on $500 bond.

* Caiden Lee Burke, 2608 26th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of driving on a suspended license and released on $500 bond.

* Steven Wayne Chancey, 2602 11th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of driving on a revoked license for DUI and released on $500 bond.

* Samantha Jo Hornbeck, 2613½ Ninth Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on possession of a controlled substance (fentanyl) without a prescription and released on $1,000 bond.

* Aaron Sean Davis, 413 Eighth St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of second-offense shoplifting, less than $500, and released on $500 bond.

* Kierson Cheyenne Donaway, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on $1,500 bond.
