Sue Ann Campbell

Sue Ann Campbell, 70, of Parkersburg passed away June 19, 2026 at her residence. She was born on December 7, 1955 in Parkersburg, WV a daughter of the late Howard E. and Helen Virginia Currey Gwynn. She retired from Willows Nursing Home after serving as a C.N.A. for 32 years and Activities Director for 6 years. She was also a beautician for most of her life and after retiring she continued to work as a seamstress. She loved crafts, making them for her house for the holidays but most of all she loved her grandchildren.

She is survived by one son, Adam (Terry) Anderson of Parkersburg; one daughter, Tiffany Smith of Parkersburg; six grandchildren, Chase, Cole, Logan, Trevor, Chloe and Tucker; and one sister, Ruth (Gerald) Bradley.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Guy Campbell; two brothers, David and Dale Gywnn; one sister, Mary Lou Gwynn and granddaughter, Camri Faith Anderson.

Funeral services will be Tuesday, June 30th at 11:00 am at the Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg with Pastor Michael Lamb officiating.

Inurnment will be at a later date at Sunset Memory Gardens.

Visitation will be held Monday, June 29th from 5-8 pm at the funeral home.
