PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on November 17-19:

* Aimee Brooke Wamsley, 83 Veto Road, Little Hocking, was arraigned on charges of having a controlled substance on an access site and obstructing and released on $1,500 bond.

* William Edward Barsalow, 1212 37th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) and released on $500 bond.

* Diana Lynn Corbin, 808 Virginia Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended license and improper registration and released on $1,000 bond.

* Payge Renee Clark, 301 Mineral Manor Way, Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of animal cruelty and released on $2,000 bond.

* Dustin Zachary Cunningham, 903 Second St., St. Marys, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order and released on $1,000 bond.

* Jeffery Lee Hoskins, no address given, was arraigned on a charge of being a fugitive from justice from Jefferson County, Mo., on a charge of hit and run and leaving an accident with damage.

* Jennifer Lynn Bennett, 1802 St. Marys Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of escape from home confinement and held on $10,000 bond.

* Charles Carlyle Payne, 50 Royal Gardens Court, Apt. 22, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of delivering a controlled substance (crack cocaine) and released on $10,000 bond.

* Billy Glen Davis, 1006 14th Ave., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of second-offense shoplifting and released on $2,000 bond.

* Easten James Childress, 1098 Clement Ave., Apt. B, Belpre, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended license and having no proof of insurance and released on $1,000 bond.

* Levi T. Harris, 806 Spring Run Road, Arnoldsburg, was arraigned on charges of second-offense driving on a suspended license and having expired registration and released on $1,000 bond.

* Danielle Rae Burke, 515 Davisville Road, Davisville, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on $1,000 bond.

* Jessica Ann Shaffer, 407 Eighth St., Lot 13, Belpre, was arraigned on a charge of sale/give/furnish alcohol and released on $500 bond.

* Aladre Felix Martinez, 609 Lulu St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of strangulation and held on $25,000 bond.

* Michael David Enoch, 607 33rd St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of violating a domestic violence protection order, having no insurance and third-offense driving on a suspended license and released on $2,000 bond.

* Sabrina Agis Schults, 100 Willowbrook Drive #73, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of speeding in a construction zone (78 in a 45 mph zone) and released on $500 bond.

* Jimmy Duane Dailey, 403 11th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of petit larceny and released on $500 bond.

* A preliminary hearing was waived on charges of animal cruelty against Tracie Nikole Hutchinson, 2095 Rocky Point Road, Fleming. The case was bound over to Wood County Circuit Court. Hutchinson also pleaded guilty to possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription and fined $286.48. She also pleaded guilty to obstruction with threats of harm, driving on a suspended license and fined $502.96. A charge of failure to signal was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Scotty Lee Hale, 53 Quiet Dale Road, Parsons, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $276.48. A charge of having no registration was dismissed.

* James Andrew Craddock, 2150 White Oak Run Road, Walker, pleaded guilty to selling beer to someone under 21 and fined $181.48. A charge of having an expired operator’s license was dismissed after proof was presented to the court.

* Vanessa Dawn Echard, 1439 Cave Hill Road, Little Hocking, pleaded guilty to speeding in a school zone and fined $226.48.

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled in Wood County Magistrate Court on November 20:

* A preliminary hearing on a charge of manufacture or possession with intent to deliver a Schedule I or II narcotic against Dmarco Lemar Jordan, 283 S. Wayne Ave., Columbus, was waived. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* A preliminary hearing on two counts of manufacture or possession with intent to deliver a Schedule I or II narcotic against Erica Nicole Blake 151 Dickens Dr. Apt. 22, Mineral Wells, was waived. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Michael James Fittro II, 909 33rd St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to possessing a controlled substance without a valid prescription, shoplifting and fined $437.96. A charge of obstructing an officer was dismissed, per a plea agreement. He was ordered to pay a $78.92 civil penalty to Walmart in Vienna.

* Daniel Scott Hodge, 813 Lily Lane, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to domestic battery, fined $186.48 and sentenced to 30 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on six months of unsupervised probation.

* Tyler Jae Thompson, 1725 17th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstructing with threats of harm, trespassing, fined $362.96 and sentenced to seven days in jail which was ruled as time served. A charge of failure to process was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* A preliminary hearing on a charge of possession with intent to deliver cocaine against Tasharka Sargent, 413C 13th St., Parkersburg, was waived.

* David Ray Vest, 1710 Bird St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to public intoxication and fined $181.48.

* Charges of third-offense driving on a revoked license and fleeing from an officer were dismissed against Richard Lee Huffman, 1010 Florence St., Belpre, as the officer did not appear in court.

* Autumn Lynn Nestor, 1324 Avery St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and released on $1,000 bond.

* Chelsea Rae Lucas, 122 Tennis Center Dr. Apt. #14, Marietta, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and released on $500 bond.

* Charlie Jay Burton, 804 Hocking Road, Belpre, Ohio, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance, obstruction and released on $2,000 bond.

* Crystal Kay Williams, 1223½ 22nd St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and released on $500 bond.

* Rebekah Rae Baker, 534 5th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of trespassing and obstruction and released on $1,000 bond.

* Keisha R. Clark, 710 28th St., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of failure to register as a child abuser and released on $3,000 bond.

* Justin Charles Bigley, 1206 Swann St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of failure to yield to an emergency vehicle and having expired registration and released on $500 bond.

* Christopher Paul Smith, 2805 Dudley Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (Fentanyl) and held on $75,000 bond.

* Richard Johnnie Madison, 1102 Broadway Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of being a prohibited person with a firearm (two counts), possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (Meth), possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (Fentanyl) and delivery of a controlled substance (Fentanyl) and held on $950,000 bond.

* Darren Christopher Beaver, 1802 Greens Run Road, St. Marys, pleaded guilty to speeding in a construction zone and fined $376.48.

* Jessiah Bryan Fickiesen, 2784 Lost Pavement Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to no seatbelt and fined $25.

* Brayden Sky Anthony Sallee, 20890 St. Rt. 676, Marietta, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $181.48.

* William Raymond Harris, 906 Warren St., Marietta, pleaded guilty to speeding, driving on a suspended license and fined $462.96.

* Joseph Louis Carthens, 407 13th St., Apt. B, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle with an obstructed window, driving on a suspended license and fined $472.96.

* Kristen L. Koren, 125 Hendricks St., Newport, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $181.48.

* Stephen Paul Fink, 5228 Old St. Marys Pike, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to speeding (56 mph in a 45 mph zone) and fined $201.48.

* Gary A Mitchel, 579 Burnt House Road, Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to speeding in a work zone and fined $196.48.

* Brittany Nichole Melrose, 1520 Crescent St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $186.48. She was ordered to pay a $119.90 civil penalty to a store that was not identified.

* Michael Alan Snyder, 2527 David Lee Dr., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to failure to obey a traffic control device and fined $191.48.

* Garrett Clark Butler, 800 Walnut St., Glenville, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $186.48.
