PARKERSBURG-Authorities are investigating a vehicle and motorcycle accident on Route 47 at Leachtown Lane.

The call regarding the accident came in to local dispatchers around 5:15 p.m., said Wood County Sheriff Rick Woodyard.

The responding parties dispatched onto the scene included Eastwood Volunteer Fire Department, St. Joseph’s Ambulance Services, Camden Clark Ambulance Services, and the Wood County Crash Team.
