MARIETTA - The Historic Tour of Homes presented by The Castle will take place again this year May 23 and 24. The tour of 11 homes in Marietta, the first established settlement of the Northwest Territory, begins with six homes, including The Castle Museum, on Saturday with five different structures featured on Sunday’s tour. Wayward Dancers launches Youth Belly Dance Class at Parkersburg YMCA

PARKERSBURG - Wayward Dancers, formed in August 2023, recently introduced a youth class for participants ages 15 and under in response to growing interest from younger students. The class, currently called “Wee-ward Dancers,” meets from 2 to 3 p.m. Sundays and focuses on basic movements and beginner-friendly props such as veils, wings, baskets and flags.
