Professional Women’s Association schedules membership drive

VIENNA — The Professional Women’s Association will hold a Membership Drive at 5:30 p.m. Oct. 20 at the Parkersburg Country Club in Vienna.
The Membership Drive is the association’s largest meeting to recruit new members. Upon arrival, a membership packet will be provided o renew membership for the 2022-23 year. The membership fee is $40.
The dinner is $30 per person and will be a choice of filet or salmon as an entree, a house salad, roasted Mediterranean vegetables, red-skinned potatoes, dessert of either chocolate cake or cheesecake and a cash-only bar. A vegetarian option will be available.
Pam Harvitt of Charleston will be the guest speaker with the topic being “How to Deal with Difficult People/Clients/Patients.” A door prize will be available.
The association needs to know the number of those attending, so email Secretary Samantha Copen at samantha.copen@wvup.edu to RSVP along with the choice of entree. An RSVP is needed by Oct. 14.
