PARKERSBURG – Coplin Health Systems is receiving a nearly $116,000 grant to help expand dental care capacity and access in the region. The organization announced Friday that it had been awarded a $115,796.42 grant from the Highmark West Virginia Charitable Fund for Health to support the Wirt County Oral Health Access Initiative.
