PARKERSBURG — Jan Dils, Attorneys at Law has been named to the Inc. 5000 list for 2025.

The firm was ranked 2,807 of the fastest-growing private companies in the United States, the 68th fastest-growing legal firm in the United States and ranked the No. 1 fastest-growing business in West Virginia.

The firm said it is honored.

The Inc. 5000 list recognizes the top 5,000 fastest-growing private companies in the United States, ranked by percentage of revenue growth from 2021 to 2024.

Inc. Business Media introduced the Inc. 500 list in 1982. In 2007, the list became the Inc. 5000 to better highlight the impact private business has on the American economy.

Inc. 5000 candidates must meet strict eligibility guidelines. Only privately held, for-profit, independent businesses are considered for the list.

Subsidiaries and publicly traded companies cannot apply. The Inc. 5000 list only considers companies within the United States.

The Inc. 5000 List showcases the impact that entrepreneurs and small private companies have on the American economy. The list spotlights companies with rapid growth and innovation in their sectors.
