Magistrate Court Records

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were released by Wood County Magistrate Court on April 2:

* Jade Alicia Bokulich, Belpre, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Michael David Thomas, 1807 23rd St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of having no proof of insurance and having expired MVI and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Amanda Elizabeth Howell, 36 New Pear Tree Court, Charles Town, was arraigned on a charge of making a false report of an emergency and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Julie Rebecca Summers, 588 Harris Hwy. Apt. 9, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of simple assault and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Mario L. McDonald, 101 Gibbens Lane Apt. A, Belpre, was arraigned on a charge of consipracy and held on a $250,000 surety bond.

* Quinten Michael Keller, 1326 Avery St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstruction (three counts), shoplifting (two counts), second-offense shoplifting (two counts), public intoxication (two counts) and trespassing (four counts) and held on a $5,500 surety bond and a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Barry Ray Robinson 501 32nd St. Lot A 10, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to prohibitions on open dumps and fined $426.48. He also pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $186.48. He was ordered to pay a $159 civil penalty to the Dollar Tree store at Park Center in Parkersburg. He also pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $186.48. He was ordered to pay a $761.50 civil penalty to the Rural King store at Park Center in Parkersburg. He also pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $186.48. He was ordered to pay a $663.48 civil penalty to Ross Dress for Less in Vienna. He also pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $186.48. He was ordered to pay a $573 civil penalty to the Walmart store in Parkersburg. A charge of shoplifting was dismissed, per a Global Plea Agreement. A charge of failure to provide proof of properly disposing of solid waste was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* A preliminary hearing was waived against Cipriano Scottorinaldi, 4 Foxboro Drive, Vienna, on a charge of manufacture or possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver a Schedule I or II narcotic or meth. The case was sent to Wood County Circuit Court. He was required to report to the Day Report Center within 48 hours.

* Sheila Renee Bonson, 2503 Beverly St. Apt 9H, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $201.48. She was ordered to pay a $83.96 civil penalty to the Walmart store in Parkersburg.

* A charge of second-offense driving on a suspended license was dismissed, per a plea agreement, against Shyann Alexandria Trussell, 943 Swann St., Parkersburg. A charge of second-offense shoplifting was also dismissed.

* Fed Lee Blevins, 1600 Pike St. Apt 23, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstruction with threats of harm, reporting a false emergency, fined $402.96 and sentenced to 90 days in jail which was suspended and he was placed on one year of unsupervised probation with a credit of five days for time served.

* Allen Dale Ball, 1808 Worthington St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and fined $201.48. He was ordered to pay a $445.54 civil penalty to Walmart in Vienna. Another charge of shoplifting was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Michael E Kunze, 2709 Norwood Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to having no MVI and fined $181.48. Charges of expired motor vehicle registration and having no proof of insurance were dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Kasandra Louise Webb, 1116 East 12th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstruction, fined $176.48 and sentenced to 11 hours in jail which was ruled as time served.

* Myria Anthony Yeager, 2609 Progress Ridge Road, Walker, pleaded guilty to DUI in an impaired state, fined $841.48 and sentenced to 10 hours in jail which was ruled as time served. A charge of having no insurance was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Brandon S. Sargent, 2407 26th Place, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to failure to stop for a stop sign and fined $181.48. A charge of expired registration was dismissed, per a plea agreement.

* Richard Denver Hill, 3301 Roseland Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to having no insurance and fined $376.48.

* Billy J. Carpenter, 814 Summit St., Spencer, pleaded guilty to second-offense having no operator’s license and fined $276.48.

* Lillian Jean Adkins, 2346 Jerrys Run Road, Belleville, pleaded guilty to speeding (64 mph in a 55 mph zone) and fined $181.48.

* Casey Daniel Weber, 126 Eric St., Elyria, Ohio, pleaded guilty to speeding (79 mph in a 70 mph zone) and fined $186.48.
