Why does this keep happening?
In 1972 Nixon campaigned to end the Vietnam War in southeast Asia, then he extended it when he was re-elected.
In 2024, Trump ran on “No More Forever Wars,” and when he was re-elected he started another war in the ever turbulent mid-east.
Why not use our $500 million/war day to ” Make America Great Again” with improvements to the U.S. infrastructure, education with better salaries for teachers, and raising the standard of living for ordinary Americans?
