Letter to the Editor: Kamala Harris is not the right example

Kamala Harris said the other day that little girls in America are watching her and saying they could be president someday, too. What she fails to mention is that she is not the example little girls should emulate. Not even close.
She has a morally bankrupt history and was the mistress of Willie Brown, Jr. in California, who was the married mayor of San Francisco from 1996 to 2004. What kind of moral example is that for little girls to look up to? An extremely poor one! It appears that Kamala has used immoral behaviors to advance herself in public office, perhaps to the dismay of many who thought they knew her. As for Willie Brown, Jr., he has a history of extreme liberalism. He is not someone to be admired either.
Kamala has done nothing except slither her way to the top. She is arrogant, lazy, and is a complete failure as Border Czar. She has done nothing to secure the border and she knows it, no matter what she says. She constantly giggles when asked questions. She giggles when she either does not know the answer, or giggles when she lies about the answer. She exhibits none of the attributes America needs in a president. Yes, she might become the first Asian/Indian president, but why would anyone vote for her? Nothing wrong with a Black person becoming president or even vice-president, but she is not the one. I could vote for other prominent Black woman, but not her. She is imminently unqualified and is a poor example for anyone to follow, especially little girls.
It is time for America to require that candidates for public office have a record of honest, ethical, and morally good behavior. Not someone who thinks high elective office is owed to them because of their sex, national origin, or anything else. I have noticed long ago that the best qualified people are not the ones running for office. It is the other ones, those that have negative baggage, have a history of unsavory escapades, who somehow think they deserve to be elected to whatever office they desire. It is sad that the American people seemingly have to sort through the dung heap of political choices, to find one that does not stink too bad. That is what we are faced with today. We have to demand better choices.
Pray for America.
